- "The Bhuna Sound Heist? That Was them."
- ―Tivoche Bilure attributes the heist to the Beckett gang in his book
Bhuna Sound was a location[2] in the Bhuna Sound system in the Yushan sector of the Mid Rim Territories[1] where the criminal Beckett gang pulled off a heist[2] at some point prior to 10 BBY.[3] The Corellian Tivoche Bilure mentioned Bhuna Sound and the heist in a section on the gang in the book he wrote about his time working at the Lodge in Fort Ypso on the planet Vandor.[2]
Behind the scenes
In the current Star Wars canon, Bhuna Sound was mentioned in the 2018 replica journal Solo: A Star Wars Story: Tales from Vandor, which was written by Jason Fry.[2] The location originated in the Star Wars Legends continuity, where it was first mentioned in "Lando's Commandos: On Eagles' Wings," a story written by Ian Edginton and published in the comic book Star Wars Tales 5, which was published by Dark Horse Comics[4] on September 27, 2000[5]
