A battle occurred between the Galactic Republic and the Sith Empire naval forces over Sarapin Four. The battle resulted in the Republic Navy Valor-class Cruiser Enkindle being disabled.[4]
Background
The Enkindle had been a part of a failed incursion into Imperial space and upon refusing to turn back, it was damaged by the Imperial dreadnought Tears of Taris. Fleeing back to Republic space, the warship attempted to hide in the upper atmosphere of Sarapin Four whilst awaiting reinforcements. The Enkindle was however discovered and an hour later the Empire had scrambled all available forces. This included the elite Empire's Fury squadron.[4]
The battle
Three Terminus-class destroyers flew into the atmosphere of Sarapin Four along side the Empire's Fury and attacked the Enkindle and its escorts. The three Thranta-class corvettes were already present and each attempted to intercept the Imperial fleet but suffered heavy damage in the process. The Empire's Fury squadron continues towards the Enkindle, fending off Liberator-class starfighters and two further escorts while nearing the warship. As the battle commenced two additional Thranta-class Corvettes entered the system to aid the Enkindle and its escorts but could not change the battles outcome. During its attack runs, the Imperial attack squadron had disabled shields, weapons and the bridge of the Enkindle, crippling the warship and enabling its capture.[4]
Behind the scenes
The battle appears as the space combat mission "Sarapin Assault", available to Imperial players in the MMORPG Star Wars: The Old Republic and is part of Operation Eternal Domain together with Nez Peron Sweep.[4]

STAR WARS: The Old Republic - Question ! :) - Page 3 on The Old Republic's official website (backup link) places Star Wars: The Old Republic about ten to twelve years after the signing of the Treaty of Coruscant, which is dated to 3653 BBY by Star Wars: The Old Republic Encyclopedia. The Old Republic — The Lost Suns 2 takes place ten years after the treaty, one week after the mission to Nar Shaddaa, and around the time of the SpecForce Incident. Since the mission and the incident are respectively part of Act I of the Jedi Knight and Republic Trooper's storylines, and the Trooper's Act I occurs concurrent to Act I of the Smuggler storyline, the general events of the Prologue and Act I for all classes can be assumed to occur in 3643 BBY.
