The Atrisian Commonwealth was a sector in the Core Worlds[1] and the Interior.[2] It contained the Frisal, Kiliea, and Kitel Phard systems, all of which were situated in grid square J-12 of the Standard Galactic Grid.[1] The latter also contained the celestial body Atrisia,[4][5] and it sat at the endpoint of the hyperspace route known as the Giju Run[3] that linked it to the Deymasoll system of the Colonies.[6]
Behind the scenes
The Atrisian Commonwealth was mentioned in the current Star Wars canon in "Star Systems of the Galaxy," an appendix published with the Star Wars Galaxy Map on StarWars.com[1] on June 24, 2025. Both works were authored by Jason Fry.[7] The Atrisian Commonwealth was originally introduced in the Star Wars Legends continuity via a mention in Timothy O'Brien's article "From the Files of Corellia Antilles," which was published as part of the fourteenth issue of the Star Wars Adventure Journal in August 1997.[8] The 2009 reference book The Essential Atlas provided the first visual depiction of the sector on a map created by Modi.[9]
