The Athio system was a star system in the Mayagil sector of the Outer Rim Territories that fell within grid square N-18 of the Standard Galactic Grid.[1] It contained the terrestrial astronomical object Athio III, where the Jedi Velerie Tide disguised herself as a local to hide from the Galactic Empire following the Great Jedi Purge[2] that began in 19 BBY.[3] By 9 BBY,[4] Tide had been captured and killed.[2]
