Armorweave was a material used on various pieces of clothing, including capes,[1] as armor.[2]

History

The Jedi Temple Guard armor was incorporated with layers of armorweave to provide them with an effective defense against blaster bolts and lightsabers.[2] Count Dooku, leader of the Confederacy of Independent Systems, wore a traditional Serennian cloak[3] made of armorweave. His apprentice, Asajj Ventress, also wore clothing made of the same material.[4]

Captain Phasma of the First Order wore a traditional armorweave cape alongside her custom armor that was representative of her command.[1] Cardinal, also of the First Order, wore an armorweave cape alongside his own armor.[5] The pirate Sidon Ithano wore a cape lined with armorweave.[1]
