The Accretion Disco was a space station that orbited the Crseih Black Hole. Its thrusters kept the station outside of the event horizon of the black hole, though it was still close enough to feel an exhilarating tingle when dancing.[3] Between 3 ABY and 4 ABY,[2] the Accretion Disco was hired out by the Pyke Syndicate gangster Omel Sampak so he could celebrate a victory over a rival. To keep the gangster and his entourage alive during the celebrations, the crew of the bounty hunter T'onga were hired. When a group of assassins attempted to kill Sampak, chaos ensued,[3] which resulted in Sampak's death and also the destruction of the Disco, which fell into the black hole.[4]
