Zoological academy

The zoological academy was an academy located on the planet Alderaan during the Republic Era. After the ecological collapse of the planet Kwenn, the zoological academy, judging the planet as a lost cause, removed a school of teal oroko—native echinoderms—to a lagoon preserve on Alderaan. When Kwenn was restored in the Grand Renewal during the High Republic Era, the oroko were reintroduced to the planet with the efforts of Jedi Master Oppo Rancisis and the Jedi Order.^[1]
