- Update needed.
- BTS is completely unsourced and contains duplicate link(s).
- All dates in the article need to be properly sourced.
- Publication dates for all the sources mentioned in the BTS should be added.
- Authors of Hero's Guide and illustrator of the Zeison Sha entry should be mentioned.
- Bulleted list in infobox is improperly formatted.
- Underlinking in infobox.
- Per precedent established by astrographical articles, the Atlas grid coordinates should be added to BTS.
- Since the BTS states that the article assumes the planet's placement in Wild Space to be correct, it shouldn't be noted in Description that there "accounts" placing it in the Outer Rim, especially since the entries related to Yanibar from those sources are not presented as IU narratives.
- History should be subsectioned and definitely has room for more images, of Bodo-Baas, for example.
- Why is "voorcat" listed under Immigrated species in infobox? The article presents it as a non-sentient creature native to the planet, and it should therefore be listed under Fauna.
- The only mention of "Yanibar" in The Essential Atlas is in the book's Appendix section with regard to the Yanibar system, so the book isn't even a Source for the planet, and the wording in the BTS should be amended to better reflect the fact.
