"Arrests are in progress. The prisons began to fill. In every city and province, lists of the disloyal have been compiled. Tomorrow, they will learn the cost of their terrible folly…their treason."
―Marcus Licinius Crassus[src]

Inquisitorius Meeting XXV is the meeting in which the Inquisitorius becomes all Roman and imperious. Not too Roman, hopefully. It shall be held on the 24th of May, a Saturday, at 2300 in the realm of UTC. Overall, I think we've picked up quite well since the last meeting, and the Triage has proved quite functional. I think we can still do a bit more, in terms of getting older stuff reviewed and off the page, but that's really up to the individual Inq. I have no real diatribes or pep talk to share, otherwise. Yours faithfully, Thefourdotelipsis 01:20, 13 May 2009 (UTC)

Executions

New articles to exec— review

  • Guri — missing info from SOTE sourcebook; I was just browsing and spotted Tope's edits on Fendrilon Koozar. If you look at that article, there's info on Guri from the SOTE Sourcebook that isn't in Guri's article, i.e. her journey to the Manarai restaurant to order the poisoning of Koozar. Should be bunged in, maybe in the "Duties" section. Hope this isn't too trivial. -- Harrar (Villip) 22:51, 21 May 2009 (UTC)
    • Hmm. I'll try to check it out before the meeting. Green Tentacle (Talk) 23:15, 21 May 2009 (UTC)
      • Think I got it all. Let me know if there's anything else. Green Tentacle (Talk) 20:47, 22 May 2009 (UTC)
        • I don't actually have the SOTE Sourcebook but from what you've added to the article that all looks great :) she'll pass with flying colours. And she might even show up in the Holostar novel! -- Harrar (Villip) 21:04, 23 May 2009 (UTC)

Agenda

  • INQCON - As per the discussion at the last meeting, we will be looking to implement the INQCON scheme in the wake of this meeting. The Triage is an unqualified success so far, and would clearly be greatly amplified in its functionality if we were utilizing the INQCON system as well. For a full explanation of how this works, please check the logs of the last meeting, although I'm sure it will be explained again at this meeting. Thefourdotelipsis 01:20, 13 May 2009 (UTC)
  • Theme weeks! We can move articles around in the queue as we please, so let's do something mildly interesting with it. We did something like this around the release of TCW, with Clone Wars topics every day for a week. The idea is, a week of related articles, either centered around a specific releases like TCW (though there aren't very many interesting ones upcoming), or just a random collection of related articles within a week—Inquisitors, Star Destroyers, what have you. - Lord Hydronium 01:33, 13 May 2009 (UTC)
  • Slight reworking of the FAN page—While there are some people who chagrin things from SWFanon, one thing as far as organization of the FAN page, I believe, would be beneficial. I propose subpages off of the FAN page for each article; or, at the very least, long lists of objections. The reason is for organization, aesthetics, and ease. It makes linking from the {{FANom}} easier by linking directly to the subpage, it allows for the objections to already be housed on the subpage rather than having to create it in its entirety during the cue process, and it would mirror the changes which are slowly being implemented on the GAN page already. We can discuss this in depth at the meeting. Fiolli {Alpheridies University ComNet} 23:12, 21 May 2009 (UTC)
  • Will we be updating the triage page as well at this meeting? Chack Jadson (Talk) 23:58, 22 May 2009 (UTC)
    • Possibly. There's still plenty of stuff on high for Inqs to go and read. Personally, I'd rather it get whittled down a bit more before we replenish it, but we'll see what the general feeling is at the time. Thefourdotelipsis 00:26, 23 May 2009 (UTC)

  5. Should be able to make it. Grunny (Talk) 08:39, 23 May 2009 (UTC)
  6. Hopefully. Not promising anything. Atarumaster88 Jedi Order (Talk page) 16:57, 23 May 2009 (UTC)

  2. Laid up.Tommy9281 Dark side Master SWGTCG (No quarter given, all exits sealed) 13:49, 23 May 2009 (UTC)
  3. Already have plans that include alcohol, food, friends, music, and hopefully Australian barmaids. - Cavalier OneFarStar(Squadron channel) 15:54, 23 May 2009 (UTC)
  4. Somewhere along the lines of per Cav. Toprawa and Ralltiir 20:44, 23 May 2009 (UTC)
  5. Sorry, I'm still traveling with family and haven't had time to do much other than keep up to date on wookiee news. —Xwing328(Talk) 22:05, 23 May 2009 (UTC)

Sentiments of the disloyal

  1. My votes lie with Graestan. Grand Moff Tranner Imperial Department of Military Research (Comlink) 12:25, 23 May 2009 (UTC)
  2. I am infirmed, and the possibilities of my attendance are less than slim. That said, my thoughts are as follows:
    • Keep all that Mauser has worked on, execute those that haven't been worked on at all.
    • Guri's fine.
    • I am for the new FAN operational proposals on the table, especially Fiolli's, since it will make FANing from my phone so much easier. Hydro's prop is cool, but concerns me slightly. I kinda like to see things on the main page a tad more random, unless there is a big media event like TCW or something. Then I think it would make sense to theme that said week out.Tommy9281 Dark side Master SWGTCG (No quarter given, all exits sealed) 13:49, 23 May 2009 (UTC)
  3. Keep all but Shysa. Guri is ok content wise, but I feel the intro could be expanded. I am in favour of theme weeks, as long as I can get one for DarkStryder :P Support INQCON in conjunction with the Triage, but since we are trialling separate pages over on the GAN page, I would suggest seeing how it works over there before implementing it on the FAN page. - Cavalier OneFarStar(Squadron channel) 15:54, 23 May 2009 (UTC)
  4. I may be back in time but if not…yes to INQCON, yes to theme weeks as long as we do it sparingly, yes to splitting votes of the FAN page, but let's make it the whole thing and not just the objections. Have fun with the inevitable jokes about probing Guri. Green Tentacle (Talk) 18:41, 23 May 2009 (UTC)
  5. Chack can speak for me, if he cares to. Toprawa and Ralltiir 20:44, 23 May 2009 (UTC)

Items discussed

  • INQCON – It was decided to utilize the INQCON system and an INQ forum has been started for it.
  • Theme weeks – It was agreed to utilize theme weeks, as long as they are not used too often.
  • Reworking the FAN page – Decided to let it be trialed on the GAN page first, and leave it for later consideration.
