Indeed :) I looked over the article and two redlinks didn't need the tag. JangFett Talk 11:36, 22 May 2009 (UTC)

Haha, thanks. I'll read it soon. Chack Jadson (Talk) 20:17, 24 May 2009 (UTC)

Re:

Hey Harrar,

No, I haven't got Outcast yet, nor did I realize that Seha played a role in the novel. If you know anyone who could help me out on that, it would be awesome. Sucks about Alema, but the best of luck of Kyp! By the way, I have no idea what my contributions here will be for a while, nor do I know if I'm here to stay or not. Thanks for the welcome back message dude! :D DC 21:21, 24 May 2009 (UTC)

A Practical Man

Oh yes she would. :P (Nevermind the fact that Vergere shouldn't be talking to Lah in any case). -- AdmirableAckbar (Talk) 18:51, 26 May 2009 (UTC)

The Really Bad Quote

Completely agree. That quote is so terrible. That's why I hate Traviss. Chack Jadson (Talk) 19:08, 26 May 2009 (UTC)

  • Bad quote, yes. In A Practical Man, yes. - JMAS Hey, it's me! 19:14, 26 May 2009 (UTC)
    • Poor assumption on my part JMAS, I assumed it was fanon, but did check to see if Vergere or Tsavong Lah were in the novel before removing it. When I saw on its article that they weren't I went ahead, forgetting that she has those little quotations at the top of each chapter. -- —Harrar (Villip) 19:19, 26 May 2009 (UTC)
      • No worries. In case you're interested, I was able to confirm the quote in the excerpt found at eReader.com. - JMAS Hey, it's me! 20:05, 26 May 2009 (UTC)
  • I'm not up to too much, working on finishing a couple of smaller projects I never got done, and planning to update a few of my FAs if ever stop procrastinating. I'll have a couple of NJO related FANs done over the next few months hopefully, which should be interesting too. Thanks for the reminder about Bey, I'll get onto that (looking forward to the issue, too). :-) -- AdmirableAckbar (Talk) 23:14, 26 May 2009 (UTC)

Mirta

Hey Harrar. I finally finished your objections for Mirta Gev. Sorry it took so long, but school got in the way. Check it out when you get the chance. IFYLOFD (You will pay the price for your lack of vision!) 22:52, 31 May 2009 (UTC)

Thank you so much for helping me to correct the Brakiss article. I was expanding the content and adding citations. Thanks so much for your time. Andykatib 10:21, 3rd June 2009 (UTC)

Will do, thanks for the heads up. Gorthuar 18:21, 3 June 2009 (UTC)

Tsavong Lah

I've noticed that for thw WookieeProject: NEGTC, it said to talk to you for more info about FAing Tsavong Lah. As I'm part of the project, and I'm about to finish up the NJO series, is it all right if I help out on the article? --JediCommando 20:19, 5 June 2009 (UTC)

  • Thanks for the info! Yeah, I know my level of detail is really skinny, as I'm not the best writer, and I haven't had much time to write up some stuff, but I can help out a bit. I'll probably have time over the weekend to do it. As for the NJO books, I have a confession: I only own the first half of the series up to Edge of Victory II, and I own the last two books; the rest I checked out of my school library. However, I do remember enough from the books to add a significant amount to the article. It's pretty hard to forget what happened in Destiny's Way, Star by Star, and the Enemy Lines duology, etc., so I think I'm in good shape. Thanks! --JediCommando 22:32, 5 June 2009 (UTC)

WP:LE's one-year anniversary

Logolegacy
Happy One-Year Anniversary.
Thanks for all your efforts so far, Harrar. WookieeProject Legacy Era wouldn't be the success it is without the efforts of everyone. I've written up a small thank you at Forum:One Year Anniversary, so feel free to read over it :-). Grunny (Talk) 06:41, 8 June 2009 (UTC)

Databank sources

Harrar, those databank sources you added to Hammerblow, Akanseh and Adrimetrum aren't working for me. Keep getting "requested page not found". Can you send me the direct links? Cavalier One20px(Squadron channel) 14:53, 8 June 2009 (UTC)

Yep, I see what happened now. I was looking for something similar, but couldn't find the original URLs. All working now, thanks for the updates! - Cavalier One20px(Squadron channel) 15:05, 8 June 2009 (UTC)

Edit on GAN

Thank you for reminding me to remove that. Though I wasn't sure on sources, I did check the guide after I posted my objection for that nom. JangFett Talk 17:51, 22 June 2009 (UTC)

  • Okay, but you don't get to blank comments made by yourself or other people off a community page. It's a record, and if you made a mistake other than grammatical/inadvertant stuff, it stays. -- —Harrar (Cut the comm chatter) 17:59, 22 June 2009 (UTC)

Gunray FAN

Could you please remove my FA nom for Nute Gunray? It requires a lot of work, and it shouldn't be nominated in it's current condition. JangFett Talk 19:31, 24 June 2009 (UTC)

  • Sure thing man, honestly it's a good call and there was nothing wrong with attempting to restore Gunray, it's just that that article needs an awful lot of work and the FAN page tends to be more for fine-tuning and polishing rather than overhauls. I'll put my vote in now. -- —Harrar (Cut the comm chatter) 19:34, 24 June 2009 (UTC)
    • Thank you Harrar :) I'll work on Gunray soon enough and try another attempt once the article gets a copyedit for FAN. Indeed, it does require a lot of expansion. JangFett Talk 19:52, 24 June 2009 (UTC)

FA-ing Tsavong Lah

Hey Harrar, sorry I haven't been working on the Tsavong article lately, but I've been real busy. Anyways, I took a look at the article, and I was wondering what specifically needs to be done. I noticed that there are a few POV issues, and it sounds kind of prosey here and there, and you did say you wanted to write the P&T section, so I just want to know what I can do. Thanks! --JediCommando 21:08, 29 June 2009 (UTC)

  • Off the top of my head, in the intro, describing Lah as "fanatical" seems POV. The beginning of the bio also has some POV stuff, like this:

-"Tsavong Lah was born into a powerful Yuuzhan Vong domain, to one of the greatest of all warmasters, the legendary Czulkang Lah."

-Powerful seems to be POV-ish

-"greatest" and "legendary" seems POV to me

Some parts of the "Victory and Defeat at Duro" section seem kind of prosey or in mixed tense, especially the part about the duel with Jacen. Hope that helps. If I find anything else, I'll let you know. --JediCommando 16:46, 30 June 2009 (UTC)

Jake Farrell

Is there any reason why you just removed the Jake Farrell FA nom? It only has four Inq votes, and as far as I know, no one asked for it to be removed. Grand Moff Tranner 20px (Comlink) 14:28, 17 July 2009 (UTC)

  • Then you didn't leave your support vote on the nom before removing it. I reverted your edits; unfortunately, my revert also removed your support vote for Will Scotian. Grand Moff Tranner 20px (Comlink) 14:31, 17 July 2009 (UTC)
    • You still need to add your vote and the {{Inqapproved}} tag before archiving the nom. Grand Moff Tranner 20px (Comlink) 14:35, 17 July 2009 (UTC)

Talk: Troy Denning

You say that the discussion is about the article and not the subject. Ok. Suppose I post something along these lines:

This article lists nothing about the negative reviews that Denning has received from his readers and the press. This is a self evident fact, as Tenel Ka would say.

Would it be removed for the same reason as my previous posts? -- —Unsigned comment by Schneller82 (talk • contribs)

I actually don't have the book; I took it from the extract at the end of Lost Tribe of the Sith: Skyborn. Do wish I had it already, though... Firebird File:Moltresheadsig.png heart's eye 13:12, 22 July 2009 (UTC)

Castin

Thanks for the CSWE info on Castin, that was really cool of you. I'll add those to the BT section as soon as I figure out how I'm gonna do it. I actually don't have access to the Who's who articles, to be honest I thought they would just contain a generic summary of the characters. Though in light of the recent info I guess I better start tracking people who have a copy. Again, much obliged for the help. --ToRsO bOy 02:06, 3 August 2009 (UTC)

Hi Harrar. I think you meant to vote in support of Generis, but you only updated the vote count without adding your name, so someone later put the count back to zero. --Eyrezer 21:36, 3 August 2009 (UTC)

haha, figured IRC just kicked you off. Anyway, thanks. If I need help, I might ask you, our resident Vong expert. As for the panicky statement thing, don't worry about it. It's your page, you have the right to write whatever you want. If you're feeling annoyed/disheartened at the current state of Star Wars, feel free to write something about that on your userpage. I was just saying that the Wook (and Star Wars, primarily) is so addictive that you have trouble leaving once you get hooked. :P Anyway, see you around. Beater and Biter

Your Eminence,

In the comic, they are referred to as "the two siege creatures", but it never identifies them as Beater and Biter. I simply expanded on what was already there when I grabbed hold of the article. Sigh, leave it to Tommy to trust the edits made by those who have come before him, lol. On this I wil defer to your profound expertise, and if you feel there is insufficient evidence thus far to associate the two, I have no qualms with changing it. Thanks again, and p.s.-my offer for a joint venture is still open ;)—Tommy9281 17px (No truth in me) 13:50, September 16, 2009 (UTC)

  • I'll leave it as is then, thanks. As for a project, how much knowledge do you have of a certain Dark Lady of the Sith?—Tommy9281 17px (No truth in me) 14:37, September 16, 2009 (UTC)
    • I've got LOTF and TEA as well. I also have EGTTF, and all the Marvel Comics she's in (I think), as well as the Legacy comic. I'm sure we can work out whatever sources are missing, and between the two of us, I believe we've got it covered. That said, when would you like to begin? I've got to sort and reread all the Marvel issues, so it'll be a while before I'm good there, but I don't foresee anything pressing holding us back. I knew you'd like the choice, btw ;)—Tommy9281 17px (No truth in me) 22:06, September 16, 2009 (UTC)
    • Then let's get crackin. I'll start reading through Marvel Star Wars tonight, but we don't have to go from beginning-to-end. I tend to do the opposite, actually. Let me know when you're ready.—Tommy9281 17px (No truth in me) 14:17, September 17, 2009 (UTC)

Ah cool. I'm very good. :) Not particularly active on the Wook atm but I'm slowly working on a few hopefully interesting projects. Yourself? -- AdmirableAckbar (Talk) 13:57, September 17, 2009 (UTC)

Re: Executor

I don't necessarily see a contradiction here. The article you refer to doesn't say Vader gathered her crippled body, it just says that Vader found her, which could mean a lot of things, like maybe he "found" her body by sensing her presence through the Force, and then Vader's agents went and actually physically retrieved her. I suggest you consider rewording your own article to include both sets of information, since they can easily be worked together. Toprawa and Ralltiir 03:11, September 26, 2009 (UTC)

Shira Brie

Hey Harrar,

I was browsing through your workbench, and there's something about Lumiya I want to run by you. I don't know if you have a copy of Marvel #55 at hand, but it's the issue where the rebels first land on Arbra and encounter the Hoojibs. A female rebel pokes her head out of a tent at one point in this issue and says a line --- the scene takes place at night, and the coloring is shaded and doesn't give an indication as to the rebel's hair color, but she looks a lot like Shira Brie, who makes her first appearance in the next issue. I'd provide a scan, but I'm a long way from home and don't have access to any comics. If you have the issue or Screams From the Void, check it out --- I've always felt like that issue should warrant either a "possible appearance" on the Wook, or at least a mention in Behind the scenes. Menkooroo 12:41, November 30, 2009 (UTC)

  • Thanks for the heads-up! I'll let Tommy know. Menkooroo 13:04, December 1, 2009 (UTC)

Kyp Durron

Hey Harrar, I've noticed your comprehensive and ambitious Kyp Durron project on a subpage and was wondering if I could use the text from the intro on the current verion of the Kyp Durron article, which has a shorter and less comprehensive intro for the moment. I just wanted to make sure that I had your permission to use your text. Thanks.--ID-21 Dolphin 20px(Talk) 01:05, December 14, 2010 (UTC)
