  • I believe that current precedent is not to document degree of droids in individual droid articles and to save it for the series, since individual droids' degree never differ from their series. JediMasterMacaroni(Talk) 21:10, 5 May 2022 (UTC)
    • Fixed. Hanzo Hasashi (talk) 21:32, 5 May 2022 (UTC)
  • I see a few instances of "OOM-9 was selected/chosen/ordered" — any chance you can switch that to the active voice instead of passive voice and specify who selected him, if that info is known?
    • Changed a couple. Most of the others either already mention Gunray or it's not clear who specifically selected him. Green Tentacle (Talk) 21:55, 9 January 2023 (UTC)
  • We don't know who voiced the battle droids in TPM, right? JediMasterMacaroni(Talk) 02:51, 2 January 2023 (UTC)
    • We do not. Green Tentacle (Talk) 21:55, 9 January 2023 (UTC)
Erebus
  • To start off, I would like for the first subsection of Biography to be reduced to a minimum of two or three paragraphs. There are too many short paragraphs in that section right now that some could be merged with others.
    • Reorganized a little and reduced to three. Green Tentacle (Talk) 11:49, 23 October 2022 (UTC)
  • Would like to see some variety in identifying OOM-9 throughout the article. His direct name is used too often. We could use either "droid commander," "OOM commander" or whatever else is suitable for identifying him.
    • Better? Green Tentacle (Talk) 12:40, 23 October 2022 (UTC)
      • Yep. That works.
  • In the second paragraph of Blockade of Naboo, Naboo being located in the Mid Rim cannot be sourced directly to the film. It being a planet can, but its region must be sourced elsewhere.
    • Done. Green Tentacle (Talk) 11:49, 23 October 2022 (UTC)
  • Some of the information in Characteristics needs to be moved over to Equipment.
    • What specifically? Everything in there is a part of him so should go under characteristics per the LG. External equipment is already split out into the equipment section. Green Tentacle (Talk) 13:53, 23 October 2022 (UTC)
      • Well, maybe not moved, but him having antennae could probably be included in Equipment. However, is there any indication as to what kind of antennae they are because in canon, it's called an Integrated Comm Antenna. Just wanting to make sure.
        • I'll double check the sources. Green Tentacle (Talk) 21:36, 7 December 2022 (UTC)
          • Right, The Visual Dictionary identifies the two antennae on infantry battle droids as "signal reception boost antenna" and "transmitter boost antenna," but they're part of the standard back plating, which OOM-9 had replaced with the command backpack according to Galactic Battlegrounds. I can't find a specific name for the antennae on command droids. Green Tentacle (Talk) 21:58, 11 December 2022 (UTC)
  • Currently, there is no explanation as to why OOM-9 is referred to as a captain and later referred to as a commander in two separate scenes in the film. Please do explain this, unless a source does give some information on whether or not it was an actual in-universe thing. Erebus Chronus (Talk) 20:09, 19 October 2022 (UTC)
    • There is no explanation I can find. I can add a note in BTS that he's referred to as captain once if that's what you mean, but anything beyond that is speculation. Green Tentacle (Talk) 13:53, 23 October 2022 (UTC)
      • A BTS note could work. Erebus Chronus (Talk) 00:17, 28 November 2022 (UTC)
        • Added to BTS. Green Tentacle (Talk) 21:36, 7 December 2022 (UTC)
UberSoldat
  • This sentence reads confusingly: "The commander reported the Gungan retreat to his command ship and received orders to send his AATs in pursuit." It currently reads as if the Gungans are retreating to OOM's command ship.
    • Fixed. Green Tentacle (Talk) 16:20, 29 December 2022 (UTC)
  • Anakin Skywalker has no context currently.
    • Better? Green Tentacle (Talk) 16:20, 29 December 2022 (UTC)
  • I'm going to request that the Characteristics section be looked over. I'm seeing lots of info that concern the B1 droid model in general rather than OOM-9 himself. Anything not directly relevant to the character should be removed or reworked. Same goes for the E-5 rifle if he's never seen wielding one.
    • Cleared out anything not specifically mentioned about OOM-9. He's holding an E-5 in this picture so I've clarified that with a note. Green Tentacle (Talk) 17:10, 2 January 2023 (UTC)
      • Changed reference to the game directly in that case. UberSoldat93 ClanMudhornSignet-Redemption (talk) 17:23, 2 January 2023 (UTC)
  • Equipment: That bit on the macrobinoculars reads speculatory, especially when it's sourced to the film.
    • Fixed. Green Tentacle (Talk) 21:56, 2 January 2023 (UTC)
  • BTS:
    • Would like to see illustration.
    • Full date needed for film since novelization is discussed here.
      • Both done. Green Tentacle (Talk) 21:07, 1 January 2023 (UTC)
  • If the BTS is going to call into question the character's mention in Jedi Quest, then the novel should be removed from Appearances.
    • Removed that bit from BTS. Green Tentacle (Talk) 21:56, 2 January 2023 (UTC)
      • So if it's treated as a mention, the bit mentions a manual that I believe should be documented here, since that means someone at some point wrote a manual about the droid. UberSoldat93 ClanMudhornSignet-Redemption (talk) 14:11, 10 January 2023 (UTC)
        • Added. Hanzo Hasashi (talk) 16:02, 6 March 2023 (UTC)
  • What is his role in the LEGO video games? If they feature any major differences from the film or he's a playable character, then that should be documented in the BTS.
    • Just seen in a cutscene directing the battle against the Gungans. Nothing different to the movie. Green Tentacle (Talk) 18:21, 31 December 2022 (UTC)
  • Please use {{StarshipsVehiclesCite}} for the The Official Starships & Vehicles Collection issue in Sources. UberSoldat93 ClanMudhornSignet-Redemption (talk) 12:06, 24 December 2022 (UTC)
    • Can't use the template as I don't know the department and article values. I'll try to track down the source, but it's not one I have. Green Tentacle (Talk) 21:56, 2 January 2023 (UTC)
      • I contacted someone selling the magazine on ebay and they sent me a picture of it, so I've added it - if you're interested, GT, I've sent it to your Discord. JediMasterMacaroni(Talk) 18:55, 4 January 2023 (UTC)
        • Thanks. There were a couple of extra bits in it too. Green Tentacle (Talk) 18:13, 5 January 2023 (UTC)
Thrawn
  • A few sources are missing backup links. -ThrawnChiss7 ThrawnHS Alliances Assembly Cupola 14:56, 10 January 2023 (UTC)
    • Only the LEGO one is, but the template doesn't appear to have backup links built in. Seems like this objection can be struck? Hanzo Hasashi (talk) 16:57, 18 January 2023 (UTC)
