  • Nomination comments: So—my understanding of the fermentation process is that it becomes a simpler, but different, substance once it's done fermenting. Hence, I noted in the body what species tsiraki is consumable by as context, but didn't include it in the infobox as we don't know if they could consume the original form. Happy to amend if I misunderstood the way fermentation works.
