Does the episode actually say anything about the Civil war beyond that one quote? Does it say that the Third Legion is going to Balith to assist one of the factions, and that that faction pledged allegiance to the Republic? If that quote by Obi-Was is all that's said, then we can't assume anything. Maybe the Third Legion were sent to act as neutral peacekeepers.- As Blue Beret's you think? :P You're right it's not directly said and therefore removed from all three articles. If the sides are unknown, then leave the combatants section empty.
