An Imperial-class Star Destroyer served under the command of Admiral Wilhuff Tarkin during the early months of the Galactic Empire. Serving in the Empire's campaign against Separatist holdouts in the Western Reaches, the Star Destroyer underwent repairs at a shipyard over Kartoosh because of damages sustained in the fighting. During that time, Lieutenant Commander Orson Callan Krennic met with Tarkin aboard the starship to discuss plans for a top-secret project.[2]
