The Wayfarer-class medium freighter was a class of medium freighter used by Senator Bail Organa's resistance movement during the blockade of Ibaar. Two vessels of this class were Cargo Comet and Cargo Sky, which were ordered to deliver supplies to rebels on Ibaar.[2]

Behind the scenes

The Wayfarer-class medium freighter was first mentioned as in Dawn of Rebellion, a canon roleplaying supplementary sourcebook that is based on Star Wars Rebels and Rogue One: A Star Wars Story. The book was released in 2018 and published by Fantasy Flight Games. It was authored by John Dunn, Tom Sorenson, Sterling Hershey, Jonathan Julius, Keith Ryan Kappel, Tim Huckelberry, Jason Marker, and James M. Spahn.[2]

It had previously appeared in Star Wars Legends, where it was in several works, including Night's Homecoming,[4] Incursion,[5] and In the Name of the Maker.[6]
