This is a poll for predicting the date when the English Wookieepedia hits 200,000 articles (as determined by the official count on the Special:Statistics page). The user/s who guess closest will be the winner (of eternal recognition in the Wookieepedia community). The current number of articles is 214,501. The poll will be closed when the number of articles is 199,500.

It is currently 2025 December 19 (UTC). Guesses for prior dates will still be eligible to win if a later guess isn't closer to the actual date than the earlier date. Please be aware, however, that attempts at guessing a prior date may be seen by some as a humor entry.

When adding your guess place the date of your guess in bold, then your signature (4 tildes).

This poll was opened on 13 January, 2013. Due to Forum:CT:Disambiguation, The Sequel, disambiguation and index pages were removed from the official page count in October, 2024—the total page count as determined by Special:Statistics reached around 200,000 around 12 December, 2024.

Wookieepedia officially reached 200,000 pages with the creation of Ahmed Bader Abdulla Abdooh Al Hashimi‎ by Darth Soda on 15 February, 2025 at 13:38 (UTC).

Emitewiki2 cast their vote on 28 April, 2022 for 20 December, 2024, the closest guess to the unofficial 200,000th date of around 12 December, 2024. 뉴진스 cast their winning vote for 23 January, 2025 (-23 days under) but with an incomplete signature as JxshLovesStrangerThings on 28 April, 2022. The poll closing threshold was reached on the 15 February, 2025 but Rsand 30 slipped in a vote for 6 March, 2025 (+19 days over) anyway before it could be closed.
