Vollick were a sentient species. Osika Kirske was a Vollick warlord on Rattatak.[1] The Jedi Master-turned-Sith Darth Krall[2] was a Vollick.[3]

Behind the scenes

Vollick was first mentioned in the 2019 audio drama Dooku: Jedi Lost, which was written by Cavan Scott and published by Random House Audio.[1] The species later made their first appearance through a vision in the seventh issue of the comic book series Star Wars: The High Republic also written by Scott, illustrated by Georges Jeanty, and published by Marvel Comics.[4] In 2025, Scott confirmed that Darth Krall was a member of the Vollick species, confirming the species' visual depiction.[3]

In the Star Wars Legends continuity, the Vollick species first appeared in the sixtieth issue of the comic book series Star Wars: Republic, written by W. Haden Blackman and illustrated by Tomás Giorello.[5]
