Hey Tommy, I know we got a lot of projects going on, but I'll add info from the KotOR comics in the article, do references to the comics, etc. People want the article FA'd apparently, considering the fantastic job you did with Lumiya's lightwhip, so I do believe it's time we get working on it. Re: Favor

No problem, Tommy. Here's what I got for my review:

  • First, I would suggest adding an image of Bane somewhere in the article; not really objection-worthy, but I think the article's long enough to house another image, and there's not really any reason not to
  • I think that the "Reversal of Fortune" header sounds somewhat POV-oriented, but I'm not really going to press that you change this one
  • "Bane hoped that Kaan would fail to recognize the thought bomb's true nature…" I think this bit would read better if you stated it's nature beforehand, rather than afterward.

And that's all; great work as usual. :) Jonjedigrandmaster (Talk) 19:13, May 23, 2010 (UTC)

Hey Tommy, just thought I'd let you know that the last half of the second sentance of Viun Gaalan's BTS is no longer accurate, as Sarasu Taalon has been identified as a Keshiri. Darth Andeddu

Hey, do you have the source and quotes for this statement in the article of Darth Andeddu by any chance? "The humanoid male known as Darth Andeddu hailed from the Deep Core world of Prakith, and lived some period after the Hundred-Year Darkness. "

"He eventually rose above his peers to claim the position of Dark Lord of the Sith and reigned from their ancestral homeworld of Korriban."

If you do, could you please share them with me? Thank you. Obi–wan Jacobi 18px (Talk) 21:03, May 28, 2010 (UTC)

  • Thank you. If you have the time, would it be possible to get the actual quote from Dynasty of Evil for me? Thanks again. :) Obi–wan Jacobi 18px (Talk) 22:51, May 29, 2010 (UTC)
  • Thank you again. :)

What about the bit about Korriban? About him rising on Korriban to become a Dark Lord there? Also, I have read Legacy 30, and it talks about Andeddu basing his studies on Muur's experiments, does that not mean he could have lived during the Hundred-Year Darkness as well as after it? Muur was carrying out experiments throughout his life, and the parts of the war he lived through. And also, everything we know about Andeddu sort of points towards him living as one of the Dark Jedi exiles. Thanks again. :) Obi–wan Jacobi 18px (Talk) 04:36, May 30, 2010 (UTC)

    • Yes, well my thoughts on the matter are as follows:

His homeworld was Prakith, which was a Republic mining world when it was known in the galaxy. As a result, it is not likely to be in the Sith Empire, especially when it is in the deep core. Therefore, Andeddu was originally a Dark Jedi, and he fought in some of the Hundred-Year Darkness, and was then exiled to Korriban with the rest of the Dark Jedi exiles who survived the Battle of Corbos. Ajunta Pall became the first Dark Lord of the Sith. During this time or even before, Andeddu studied the experiments of Karness Muur, and eventually learnt how to perfect essence transfer once Muur had been killed by Dreypa. As time went by, and Andeddu's body deteriorated, Ajunta Pall died and Tulak Hord became the next Dark Lord. Unable to survive in his body, Andeddu used essence transfer to pretend that he had died and took over the body of an individual, taking their body as his own in secret. As he immersed himself more in Sith culture, he took on the name Darth Andeddu. He continued to live through essence transfer in other bodies, and he eventually became the last of the Dark Jedi exiles in Sith space, though his body did not represent that. He took advantage of his powers, and worked his way to the position of Dark Lord on Korriban, where he would rule for many years with his powers. Though, because he was now in the spotlight, his powers were revealed to the Sith Lords, and his followers plotted against him, trying to overthrow him once Andeddu refused to share his knowledge. Eventually they did, and Andeddu was forced to fake his death by pretending he had been entombed in a tomb on Korriban. In reality, to escape the Sith Lords he fled back to Prakith. There he ruled over the native Human inhabitants for centuries, using his essence transfer several times to continue ruling. However, he became more and more paranoid that the Sith Lords would find him. Even when the hyperspace lanes around Prakith collapsed, isolating the world, he feared for his knowledge. Eventually, he entombed himself in his fortress on Prakith, convinced that in death he would escape the Sith Lords. In 4,400 BBY, Freedon Nadd, after searching many of the Sith planets and researching the ancient Sith, found evidence of where Darth Andeddu had fled to. He managed to find Prakith, and Darth Andeddu's Holocron. Nadd, not knowing much about the Sith ways, was unable to pry the knowledge from Darth Andeddu's Holocron, unaware that it was in fact the real Darth Andeddu in the Holocron and not a usual gatekeeper. He was forced to abandon the Holocron where he found it when he could not gain anymore information from it. Three-thousand years later, Darth Bane would come across the Holocron, and take the knowledge from it. That's how I think it could all go with making complete sense with canon (no retcons or awkward character expansions needed). Obi–wan Jacobi 18px (Talk) 20:49, May 30, 2010 (UTC)

Hey Tommy, I know this is kind of random, but I happened to stumble upon your Minch article and had a few concerns. I noticed that the last sentence in the first paragraph of the Bts does not appear to be sourced. Path of Destruction

Hey there, I have a question regarding the timeline of Darth Bane: Path of Destruction. You strike me as someone well versed in the subject, so you might be able to help. Basically I'm wondering what the 1003 BBY date for the novel is based on. From what I have been able to gather, the only indications of a timeline placement are:

  • At the start of the novel, Kaan and his pals celebrate the Battle of Korriban. The story then jumps forward three years to Bane on Apatros.
  • Later in the novel (in the 1000 BBY bit, I believe), Bane recalls fighting with the Gloom Walkers one year prior.

To me, this seems to indicate the Apatros bit is actually set in 1001 BBY. Am I missing something? Looking forward to your reply. --Imperialles 18:56, June 7, 2010 (UTC)

  • Alright, here's what I have:
    • I'd say the curator has a large enough role in the audio drama to warrant his own article.
    • History: "...arrived on Coruscant, hoping to satisfy their curiosity for dark side things." "Things" sounds just a bit colloquial, could you replace it with another word?
    • You seem to use both "Museum curator" and "museum curator" throughout the article. Can you choose one, please?
    • In the Bts you say the name of the exhibit was never mentioned in the comic, but in the first sentence of the "Description" you source the exhibit's name to the comic.
    • Nothing from Coruscant and the Core Worlds or The Illustrated Star Wars Universe?
    • The curator seems to call it "The Dark Lords of the Sith," with the definite article. The page's name should probably reflect that. Additionally, I don't think "exhibit" should be part of the page's name either, since it's not part of the exhibit's name. I think the page should be moved to The Dark Lords of the Sith. That's all I have. Xicer920px(Combadge) 02:43, June 24, 2010 (UTC)

  • Okay, here's your info:

Tera Sinube: Jedi Investigator

  • Jedi Tera Sinube is an expert on the criminal underworld of Coruscant, and a skilled sleuth. The Force helps him solve crimes, but Sinube is also a master at reading people and thinking a step ahead of them. Even for a Jedi, the best tooks are often the eyes, ears, and brain.
  • Homeworld: Cosia
  • Weapons: Sabercane (the source specifically calls it that, so an individual article might be warranted)
  • Talents: lightsaber combat; Force sensitivity; interrogations; sleuthing; underworld knowledge
  • His lightsaber hilt is made of Cosian wood
  • Old and Wise: Tera and Ahsoka Tano have a chance to catch up with thieves Cassie Cryar and Ione Marcy at an airtrain station. So why is Sinube driving so slowly? Because, he explains, he put a tracker on Ione: If you plan ahead, haste is rarely necessary—usually it just leads to mistakes.

That's basically all the new/relevant info there is. Let me know if you need anything else. CC7567 (talk) 02:22, June 30, 2010 (UTC)

CSWE

Hey, I might have asked these before but I don't remember, so I'll ask again if I can. You just edited Dathka Graush to add CSWE to its sources. If You don't mind me asking, what does it say about him in there? Does it just mention him, or is it just re-wording what we already know? And the same with Darth Andeddu, does it just mention him, or is there more information in there on him (apart from that bit about his Holocron and Freedon Nadd). Thanks. :) I'm on IRC right now also. Obi–wan Jacobi 18px (Talk) 23:26, June 29, 2010 (UTC)

  • Thank you. I have actually been thinking the same thing, and when your comment for your edit was "Hmmm", I thought you might be thinking that too. Obviously it would only be able to be made a Good article, but still, that's good. I'm still working on Red Sith at the moment, but Dathka shouldn't be too hard at all. It mostly has all the information already anyway. :) Obi–wan Jacobi 18px (Talk) 23:40, June 29, 2010 (UTC)

Sith magic

Hey Tommy, I had some free time today so I did some searching on any mentions of Sith magic. Here's what I've found:

  • Junior Jedi Knights: The Golden Globe mentions Sith magicians, who I guess are just intended to be the early Dark Lords: ""According to Dr'uun," Anakin continued, "over five thousand years ago the exiled Sith magicians - whom nobody knows much about except that they're feared and that Darth Vader was one - settled on Yavin 4. The magicians married the natives to create the race of Massassi. A thousand years later an evil Jedi Knight named Exar Kun came to Yavin 4 to enslave the Massassi, build more temples, and resurrect the Sith teachings. Exar Kun was wiped out in the Great Sith War, which pitted the Old Republic and the Jedi Knights against the followers of Kun, who called himself the Dark Lord of the Sith.""
  • The Essential Guide to Planets and Moons mentions Nadd as a Sith magician, nothing new there.
  • The Star Wars Encyclopedia has numerous mentions of it throughout the book, as I'm sure most of the encyclopedias do. I doubt if there's anything worth mentioning.
  • The Essential Atlas page 128, mentioned in relation to the GHW, nothing new.
  • The Essential Guide to Characters, mentioned in Nomi's entry in relation to Aleema, nothing new.
  • The New Essential Guide to Characters, Mace Windu's entry, "Windu had long suspected that the balance of the Force was teetering on the edge of a chasm, and that dark Sith magic might plunge it into the abyss."
  • Both Star Wars: Empire at War: Prima Official Game Guide and Star Wars: Empire at War: Forces of Corruption Expansion: Prima Official Game Guide mention it in relation to the creation of dark side beasts and Korriban zombies.
  • Star Wars Handbook 1: X-Wing Rogue Squadron, mentioned in the preface written by Stackpole. There's some potential Bts stuff there, he says "I also thought it was time for us to get back to some of the mysticism in the Star Wars universe, hence Sith magic and Force powers." It's also mentioned in Dllr and Cartariun's entries.
  • Knights of the Old Republic Campaign Guide, mentioned twice in the Krath's entry on page 59.
  • Geonosis and the Outer Rim Worlds, mentioned in Yavin 4's entry, in the history section. Just says that Kun used it to drain the Massassi's life energies in order to keep his spirit going.
  • The Dark Forces Saga, Part 1, says Kyle encountered Sith magic on Dromund Kaas, which I'm guessing is from Mysteries of the Sith. That game might be worth checking out.
  • And finally, a couple from the Living Force campaign (I think they're both "appearances", but mentioned only in each case):
    • A Mon Alone, page 56: "Evidence suggests that the ritualistic death and ceremonial rebirth of the battlelord created a bond between the battlelord and his troops, as well as among the troops. The precise nature of the bond remains obscured, but it is clear that the Sith magics drew upon the power of the dark side to create a near-physical linkage among the affected individuals. Separation of the regiment from one another, or from their battlelord, without undoing the creation magics, resulted in intense physical pain for the regiment, and visions of his own destruction for the battlelord." And from page 57: "It was ultimately because of the failure of the Sith Battlelords to accomplish the desired ends that they were discarded. Only vague references to them remain, and oblique commentaries such as that provided by Master Bross. Still, their creation and existence are a testament to the strength of evil underlying Sith magics. Rather than offering a common cause in which their warriors could believe, the Sith forced them to fight with one another. It was this shortsightedness, this belief that raw power could overcome all obstacles, that aided in the downfall of the Sith."
    • The Eye, page 4 just mentions that Len Markus was a student of "Sith magics."Unsigned comment by Xicer9 (talk • contribs)
  • I just found a few mentions from Aliens in the Empire:
    • "Cartariun, however, remained behind to study the ways of the Sith, intent on becoming the next Dark Lord. What he did not know was that his mediocre skills had been augmented by the magics of the temple. Cartariun learned to manipulate the minds of Malrev's beast-like primitives, the Irrukiine, whom he trained to fly TIE fighters and fight so they could defend the temple for him. The Irrukiine mind was far too primitive to understand any of what Cartariun taught them, however, and without his guidance, they reverted to their natural animalistic state and immediately forgot what to do."
    • "In the months following the Emperor's death, Rogue Squadron visited Malrev IV in search of a lost Bothan ship, the Starfaring, which had suffered a flaw in its navigational system. In search of a disciple, Cartariun used his newfound Sith magic to touch the minds of all the pilots and the surviving Bothans."
    • "The magics of the temple corrupted Girov's mind, influencing him to kill them both and take Cartariun's place as his apprentice."
    • I doubt if any of that is new, but there it is nonetheless. Xicer920px(Combadge) 01:39, July 9, 2010 (UTC)

Alright, so here's my review:

  • I'm sure the affiliation parameter in the infobox could be expanded. The Krath and the One Sith among others should be there.
  • There are too many images in the "Power" section of the Description, one of them needs to go. I suggest keeping the musical ripples one.
  • Context is needed on both Aleema and Kun the first time they are mentioned in the "Acts of physical violence" section. Same deal with Satal and Caleb in the next section.
  • You can't use anything from Light and Shadow since it's cut material. All of that stuff should be removed and added to the Bts if necessary.
  • Planet Hoppers articles like Korriban: Planet of Lost Souls and other articles like The Dark Forces Saga count as Sources, so they should be moved there.
  • Conversely, A Mon Alone and The Eye are both adventures, which makes them Appearances.
  • I think that's it. Xicer920px(Combadge) 05:33, July 13, 2010 (UTC)

Also, the audio for the quote you asked me to upload doesn't match what you have in the article. Only the last sentence seems to be in it. Xicer920px(Combadge) 05:44, July 13, 2010 (UTC)

  • I removed a few of the other remaining refs from Light and Shadow. If you want, you could talk about Thannor Keth's use of Sith magic in the Bts if it's at all notable. I moved the Sith Battlelords article back down to the Sources list, since it's an article. Our Living Force page has a list of both adventures and articles that you can take a look at if you need to differentiate between the two. I also moved the two adventures below the Darth Bane books, since they take place during the prequel trilogy. I think it's ready now. Xicer920px(Combadge) 17:12, July 13, 2010 (UTC)

Re: Rain

Sure, that sounds like a good idea to me. I'll go ahead and start now. Jonjedigrandmaster (Talk) 00:24, July 6, 2010 (UTC)

  • Actually, I do have a quick question—what were you planning to do with File:ZannahDoEcropped.jpg|this? I was thinking that we could put it in the P&A, or else use it for the infobox image and put the current infobox image in the P&A. Thoughts? Jonjedigrandmaster (Talk) 01:21, July 6, 2010 (UTC)

Re: Mysteries of the Sith

Hey. Yeah, I've played it. I can't remember any mention of Sith magic in the game, though. "The dark side", lots of it, but "Sith magic…" There are those weird Sith Jedi Statues that come to life somehow, but how they accomplish this is never explained in the game, and the game manual is quite vague on that subject. Here's the relevant quote from the manual: "Eternal guardians of the Sith temples, the statues are animated by trespassing beings, whose Force energy powers their stone bodies." Hope that helps. Re: Sith Magic

Looking through, I've found two instances that may be of interest to you. on the HoloNet page for Dromund Kaas, it mentions that "the Emperor spent great energy discovering and perfecting esoteric rites of darkness – rituals that wrecked the atmosphere of Dromund Kaas, transforming the ionosphere into a swirling electric storm." And here, on the Empire page, it says he "undertook dark rituals which prolonged his life and his undisputed rule." It never specifically uses the term "Sith Magic," but this may fit the description. I haven't read all through the article yet, but it looks great thus far. Hope this helps! Darth Trayus(Trayus Academy) 22:17, July 7, 2010 (UTC)

  • Also—and I'm not sure if this will be of any interest to you—Timeline 7: Peace for the Republic? has information on Naga Sadow's possession of Eison Gynt. I noticed you made note of Sadow's suspension and Andeddu's transfer essence ability, so maybe this is in some way relevant. Again, hope that helps. Darth Trayus(Trayus Academy) 03:47, July 8, 2010 (UTC)
    • It seems you already got the placement for the Timeline—for future reference, any TOR stuff goes between KotOR and NSW. The timelines can get a little confusing, but only if you have other TOR material to place them with. As for the two holonet pages—I placed them at the bottom of the sources list. These pages (similar to how the Databank pages should be) are going to be updated continually from what I can tell. I've been treating them like Databank pages in that regard, and putting them on the bottom of the list. However, if you would like to have them placed chronologically according to their release, the only change you would have to make is moving the Empire page above the Atlas. Sith Magic

I've noticed all you hard work on the Sith magic article. Are you trying to make it into a GA? Because it looks good! --Gmalek (The ability to edit does not make you intelligent) 23:19, July 7, 2010 (UTC)

Re: Sith Magic

  • Hmm, I'll definitely get back to you on that. I believe it's in TSL, as well, though I'm not certain. I'l go over the article and let you know.--Jedi Kasra (comlink) 17:39, July 8, 2010 (UTC)
    • OK, would the Sith Master's attempted resurrection of Freedon Nadd count as an application of Sith magic? In KotOR II, four Sith Masters perform a ritual near the sarcophagus in Nadd's tomb on Dxun, when the Exile's companions interrupt them, the leader says, "Break the ritual now." I'll let you know if I come across anything else.--Jedi Kasra (comlink) 17:47, July 8, 2010 (UTC)
      • According to his entry in the KotOR CG, Darth Malak also used Sith sorcery.--Jedi Kasra (comlink) 18:07, July 8, 2010 (UTC)

Hey, Tommy. I'm now done with Keto. I didn't want there to be an edit conflict. I'm online and will be for a few more moments if you want to chat on IRC. Have a good one. Fiolli {Alpheridies University ComNet} 02:12, July 14, 2010 (UTC)

Sith magic

The article is looking pretty sweet! An idea for the infobox: what would you think about spliting up the notable practitioners by era? It just strikes me as a more useful way of presenting them. The infobox might require some customization to do it, but that is manageable. For an idea of what I mean, have a look at the Atrivis sector infobox. In the battles section, I split the GCW battles into separate BBY and ABY fields. I was thinking you could have separate fields for OR, Imp, Reb/NR eras. It would break up the long list... --Eyrezer 05:34, July 16, 2010 (UTC)

New Project Lead for KotOR

'lo Tommy. I was wondering whether you would support a change in leadership of KotOR from Cylka to Jedi Kasra. Cylka is a great user, but she hasn't been around for quite some time now. I believe new leadership is needed, and Kasra is our most active member. Let me know what you think. Thanks, SoresuMakashi(Everything I tell you is the truth) 22:21, July 18, 2010 (UTC)

  • I liked your suggestion on Soresu's talk page, Tommy. Just wanted to let you know that, if they decide to make me lead of WP:KOTOR, I'd give back the role to Cylka when she does come back. I actually told Soresu this here.--Jedi Kasra (comlink) 01:51, July 20, 2010 (UTC)
    • Thanks, then the Chief Editor I'll be. I'll let the guys know, and will assume that position immediately. I haven't been able to come on IRC though, which prevents me from holding any meetings. But I guess I can talk to the members on here, like normal. And they can always e-mail me. Thanks for your help, Tommy.--Jedi Kasra (comlink) 02:06, July 20, 2010 (UTC)
  • Well, it's a little late for a proper response now, I suppose. Anyway, as Kasra said above, he had always planned on giving Cyl leadership back if she wanted to return at any time. This Chief Editor thing should work well as a compromise. SoresuMakashi(Everything I tell you is the truth) 09:04, July 20, 2010 (UTC)

  • Heh, I was actually writing this when you sent me that message. Anyway:
    • In The Essential Guide to Characters he's mentioned heavily in Kun and Ulic's entries. In The New Essential Guide to Characters he's mentioned in Bane, Kun, and Sadow's entries.
    • The New Essential Guide to Weapons and Technology mentions him and other Sith Lords in the context of holocrons: "Nearly all Sith Holocrons contain the personalities of multiple Sith, who continue to squabble and compete long after their deaths. Freedon Nadd, Count Dooku, Darth Sidious, and Darth Bane all used Sith Holocrons to expand their powers and knowledge."
    • He's mentioned quite a few times in the glossary of Star Wars: Behind the Magic, but IIRC most of that was taken straight from the SWE.
    • For The Jedi Academy Sourcebook, see pages 48-49.
    • For the Knights of the Old Republic Campaign Guide, see pages 59, 121, and 153.
    • For the Jedi Academy Training Manual, see pages 111, 118-119, 136, and 157-158.
    • There's a TotJ-heavy interview with Veitch, Gossett, and Dan Thorsland in in AJ#2, Making Star Wars Comics Come Alive. Nadd is only mentioned briefly, but in case you're interested, here's what it says about him - Dan: "That's where a lot of that conflict with Onderon happens [in Tales of the Jedi #1 and #2]. Everyone assumes that they've just been discovered and they've just been contacted, but as it turns out, Freedon Nadd had made it there years and years before and nobody knew, because it wasn't a very traveled spaceway. And he had quite a bit of time to infect the place with dark side power and magic and, unfortunately, poison the planet pretty severely during his time. Long after his death, his spirit is still ruling that place. We're going to have a Tales of the Jedi special that is unscheduled at this point, and we're going to have a pretty dramatic resolution to the situation on Onderon."
    • According our article on Who's Who in Echo Base, Nadd was mentioned in that particular Insider article. Unfortunately I do not have that article, you could ask one of the ESB guys like Toprawa for any info on Nadd from it.
    • Aside from that there's Ulic and Kun's DB entries, which I only glanced at. That Malak article only includes a passing mention of Nadd. Xicer920px(Combadge) 01:26, July 22, 2010 (UTC)
  • Hopefully that e-mail went through this time. Anyway, here are my objections:
    • The test of Matta Tremayne: "At first, Nadd was overcome with grief over his actions as he stared at the empty Jedi robe that had just moments before contained the person of Matta Tremayne." You never mention before that Matta faded into the Force, so this is kind of confusing at first.
    • Nadd's defeat: "...but Master Jeth called upon the light and drove Nadd's spirit away, finally cleansing Onderon of the dark side." Is there a specific Force power that should be linked here?
    • Resurgent Sith: "At long last the Dark Lord's remains were relocated to a new tomb on the far side of Dxun..." "At long last" sounds a touch flowery to me.
    • Resurgent Sith: "Several of the relics were collected and cataloged by the Jedi for shipment to the Jedi Archives on Ossus." "Jedi Archives" here links to the one on Coruscant. Are you referring to another place called the "Jedi Archives" on Ossus, or just the Great Library?
    • Jedi Civil War: I think this section, or part of it, may need one of those light side completion templates, or a 100% completion template, or both. I'm not sure, I'd suggest asking one of the WP:KOTOR guys.
    • Bts: "Nadd was mentioned in passing in two issues of The Sith War story arc, as well as the sequel to the Knights of the Old Republic video game, The Sith Lords..." But didn't he also appear as a corpse in the game? Xicer920px(Combadge) 03:44, July 22, 2010 (UTC)

Re: Request

Sure, no problem. Basically, the info is the same as what I gave you before regarding Sinube—his "Lightsaber hilt [is] made of Cosian wood," and his "Saber hilt fits into [the] top of [his] cane." And the lightsaber is listed as "Sabercane" under his weapons. If you need anything else, let me know; I'll look forward to the results of your epiphany. :P CC7567 (talk) 02:25, July 22, 2010 (UTC)

Yes, Nadd's corpse is in the sarcophagus, with his shoto. The corpse is shriveled up, however.—Jedi Kasra (comlink) 21:48, July 22, 2010 (UTC)

AC meeting

Hey, Tommy. Just a reminder we're having an AC meeting on Saturday. Not sure if you saw it or not, so I thought I'd give you a heads up in case you hadn't. Thanks. Toprawa and Ralltiir 22:04, July 22, 2010 (UTC)

  • Thanks. And I do have Who's Who in Echo Base. The Freedon Nadd mention is under the Captain Tigran Jamiro entry: "Did you know? Tigran's home planet of Onderon was the site of several well-documented Jedi and Sith dealings - including the Freedon Nadd uprisings - nearly 4,000 years prior to the Galactic Civil War." Toprawa and Ralltiir 22:36, July 22, 2010 (UTC)

Hello there, I would formally like to request Palmer be removed from the list of CANs. It actually has enough content to put up for GAN, and I already removed the CAN template from the article. Thank you. Corellian PremierAll along the watchtower 11:00, July 28, 2010 (UTC)

Sith Magic

Hey Tommy, I though you may want to know that in the newest release of Star Wars: The Old Republic, Blood of the Empire, Exal Kressh, the Sith Emperor's former apprentice, claims that she left his service because he planned to essence transfer into her body. She says that she brought him the knowledge of how to perform essence transfer after learning it from holocrons and Ortolan shamen who practiced essence transfer on Lenico IV. Darth Trayus(Trayus Academy) 20:44, July 30, 2010 (UTC)

  • True, except doesn't she say once something about "His will, manifest through my body" or somesuch? Either way, if you're uncertain, I think the best thing to do would be wait until at least the next release to see if there's any clarity on the matter. She's likely referring to essence transfer, but certainty is better than assumptions, particularly for an article of such quality. Darth Trayus(Trayus Academy) 21:55, July 30, 2010 (UTC)
