Picture of Xim
A long while ago you posted in Talk:Xim:
- Does anyone have the old WEG standard sourcebook? There is a drawn collage in it of many characters, including Xim. It would be a great scan.
Do you know if that's The Star Wars Sourcebook or the Star Wars: The Roleplaying Game rulebook? I was hoping to ask around TFN, and it would help to know where. - Lord Hydronium 07:41, 22 March 2006 (UTC)
- I'm fairly certin it was the 1994 version (2nd edition) of the Star Wars Sourcebook. IIRC, the figure is not explicitly named as Xim, but he's surrounded by images from that period, and looks like a guy named "Xim the Despot". G'luck! --SparqMan 17:20, 22 March 2006 (UTC)
- Thanks. - Lord Hydronium 00:15, 23 March 2006 (UTC)
- Did the find the big two page montage spread? Perhaps I gave the wrong book. --SparqMan 02:27, 23 March 2006 (UTC)

Weapons categorization
Hey, I noticed you've been re-categorizing some the weapons—excellent, that's been needing to be done for a while. I proposed some major changes to the entire category's categorization over at Category talk:Weapons, so if you could throw in some input we could get on the same page, so to speak. Thanks. Could you open the Bulwark battlecruiser page?
I found a quote by Dan Wallace some time ago, regarding the different models, and would like to put that in a bts section. Problem is, the article has been locked for months (due to a persistant troll), so I would like it reopened. :) VT-16 11:52, 21 April 2006 (UTC)
- Unlocked. QuentinGeorge 12:06, 21 April 2006 (UTC)
Ship infoboxes
I went ahead and made {{Individual_ship}} for named starships. I put it on Reprieve and Avenger as examples. Can you think of anything that should be added or changed, or can I start putting it up in place of redundant {{Ship}} boxes? -- Darth Culator 02:48, 3 May 2006 (UTC)
- Looks pretty good! I'm not sure if "Earliest Sighting" and "Last Sighting" feel too OOU. Also, should an element be introduced for participation in battles? The only other suggestion that comes to mind immediately is the option of including other notable officers/crewers. —Unsigned comment by SparqMan (talk • contribs)
- I figured "earliest sighting" and "latest sighting" were the least OOU I could get. It just felt to me like something that would be included in an IU reference with incomplete information, like a "Jane's Fighting Ships" of the GFFA. Notable crew is easy enough to add, and participation in battles/events seems like a good idea. Anything else it needs? Darth Culator 18:26, 7 May 2006 (UTC)
- Fair enough. So we'll assume it means the first time we (as archivists) see it. Add 'em in and maybe make a post in the Senate Hall to gather some feedback before we implement it. --SparqMan 06:15, 14 May 2006 (UTC)

It seems that anyone in that category would be involved in research and development of some type. Also, the category for scientists here is nebulous in definition, anyways. Kuralyov

RE:Template box
It is a subpage that I am using as a test for an infobox that I might make widely available once I work out all the bugs. Besides, several users have such infobox templates. Personally, I find the Template to be a better use of space than the fanon BS that most users place within their subpages. Why, is there some sort of problem?--Sentry [Talk] 04:18, 12 June 2006 (UTC)
hey
is there some way i can make my artical so that it would not confuse or bring questions of my jedi order? and did you delete my beautiful page?--mas1@ 18:44, 6 July 2006 (UTC)

LIst of species
Thanks for the link, but there are such obscure species like Aar'aa. Whatever that is. So I take it there is no list; that's okay, i tried to skim the list earlier and got some there. Thanks anyway Nick sponge 20:31, 6 July 2006 (UTC)

Hi: CBenoit noticed you deleted several CCG fansite related articles. While I agree that most of those articles were not needed (and have, in fact, disagreed with CBenoit on this point a couple of times), the "Player's Committee"'s role as custodians of the CCG seems to be significant enough to warrant one article. Would you agree that one of those articles could be restored? —Silly Dan (talk) 21:30, 10 July 2006 (UTC)
- If anything, it should be a section of the CCG page. We need to be wary of becoming a catalog of the Star Wars fan world, rather than the Galaxy Far, Far Away. --SparqMan 14:04, 11 July 2006 (UTC)
- I agree with you there, but I'd actually prefer to see a Player's Committee page which is completely separate from the main CCG page, in order to avoid confusion between Decipher's original game which produced new canon and the continuing fan efforts which don't. I also think a case could be made for keeping one page on the subject: we've allowed some pages on video game mods and fan sites to stand. The only VFD discussion on the subject we had back in February suggested merging Virtual Cards and related pages to Players Committee. —Silly Dan (talk) 21:15, 11 July 2006 (UTC)
- I don't like those mod pages either, but if the users interested can create a concise, informative page that summarizes the entire efforts to sustain the Decipher CCG, let's see where it goes. We do not need endless staff lists and other minutae, however (like this old trash). --SparqMan 21:45, 11 July 2006 (UTC)
