Wookiees-Transparent

Wookieepedia aspires to be a reliable source for all Star Wars fans to read and draw information from, and as such, fan-created continuity and fan fiction are not allowed within our articles. All in-universe material must be attributable to a reliable, published source.

Please do not remove talk page and forum comments, as they are part of the public record. Remember that you should always sign your comments on talk and vote pages using four tildes, like this: ~~~~.

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wookieepedian! If you have any questions, see the help pages, add a question to the Senate Hall, visit our official IRC channel, or ask one of our administrators. May the Force be with you!

Talk pages

Thank you for contributing to Wookieepedia. Please take note of the {{Talkheader}} disclaimer policy outlined at the top of every talk page—mainspace talk pages are for discussion regarding changes to articles, not for discussion on the articles' subjects. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the other policies here before continuing to contribute. Thank you. CC7567 (talk) 02:58, August 19, 2010 (UTC)

Kul Teska

Because Kul Teska is a current Featured article, all changes must be discussed with the article's nominator and handler, QuiGonJinn. Please discuss them with him before continuing to add anything to the article. Your cooperation is appreciated. CC7567 (talk) 23:04, August 19, 2010 (UTC)

Re;BiC

Hey! Glad to hear. I'd love to get to know you. Obviously you've seen by userboxes, so you know all there is to know. If there's ever anything I can help you with, just ask. Also, if you're a fan of Christian music, visit LifeMusic Wiki. I started it, and it could use all the contributors it can get. Anyway, ttyl and God bless! Master Fredcerique | (Talk) 00:05, August 20, 2010 (UTC)

  • Well, technically you already have an account on LMW. You have one all across Wikia. You just haven't made an edit (and therefore have not joined that specific wiki). And yeah, we cover all kinds, from hymns to heavy metal, so if you can't join, I understand. Also, real world religion is not allowed on talk pages. However, it can be discussed on the IRC channel, as long as both people agree to talk about it. You might want to change your userpage to say that. I got in trouble for the same thing too. lol Anyway, have a nice day and God bless! Master Fredcerique | (Talk) 15:42, August 20, 2010 (UTC)

LL-30

Please note that your question on the LL-30 talk page is in violation of the {{Talkheader}} disclaimer policy, which you should be familiar with by now. Syndulla can be seen with the blaster at 18:52 in "Liberty on Ryloth," as confirmed by the Star Wars: The Clone Wars: Visual Guide Ultimate Battles sourcebook. Please learn the appropriate place to ask your content-based questions—Wookieepedia's Knowledge Bank. Your cooperation is appreciated. CC7567 (talk) 02:32, August 26, 2010 (UTC)

  • You are very much welcome to use the talk pages as long as you do so for their proper purpose. If you are mainly focusing on content-based discussion, you might find that a Star Wars forum is more suited to your needs, as Wookieepedia is not one. CC7567 (talk) 02:38, August 26, 2010 (UTC)
    • If you fear religion-based discrimination, then there's not much that can be done. There is simply no guarantee of security in any part of the Internet—even on Wookieepedia, though we strive to change that. The Jedi Council Forums and the official site's message boards are some of the most popular Star Wars forums, though again, I cannot guarantee that they will be any safer than Wookieepedia already is. CC7567 (talk) 02:46, August 26, 2010 (UTC)
      • You are entitled to your own views just as I am to mine, and though I respectfully disagree with you, I do not believe that entering a discussion on the matter is the most appropriate thing to do here. However, you are welcome to do so with others here that are interested in the topic. CC7567 (talk) 02:52, August 26, 2010 (UTC)
    • Hope I'm not butting in. I just noticed this conversation while randomly strolling around. I agree totally Ralph. There is a LOT of immoral dangers on the Web. I mean, you can't even misspell a popular website (like Wikipedia or Google, though I'm not sure if these apply, but you get the point) without ending up on some porn site. It sickens me. But please don't let it keep you from the Wook (that's Wookieepedia if you didn't know). It's a pretty safe place. I mean, there a curse word every couple dozen articles, but it's Heaven compared to other sites. Just make some good Christian (but not only) friends and we'll make you feel at home. Just remember, not everyone will agree with you on religion (and I agree that Christianity is a lifestyle, not a religion :)) so try not to be offensive. If you would like to talk about your faith more openly, how about go to the Baptist Wiki that I recently founded for this exact purpose. Anyway, hope things work out with your website. If you give me a url I might visit from time to time. God bless! Master Fredcerique | (Talk) 22:32, September 16, 2010 (UTC)

Hi bro!

I'll be glad to help you if you need any help. Glad to see that you've learned more about the rules around here. Oh, and A-bear said that she'd be happy to make you a Star Wars forum and she'd let you be an administrator and you'd be in control of the rules and stuff. That way you could have your own forum and not worry about running across bad language so much. Nice, eh? She's a really nice person. Very random, and a lot like you. I know you'd really like her as a friend. She really wants to help and is more than willing to cooperate, so please say yes. It'd ease Mom's mind up, too. Oh, and she wants to know what you'd want to name the forum.~Colliequest--I guess I can trust you...even if you are wearing your pants backwards 08:59, August 27, 2010 (UTC)

Re: website

You are very much welcome to, though I unfortunately highly doubt that I will ever have enough time to contribute to or even visit it. I have a number of obligations, both on this wiki and personal ones, that restrict my time elsewhere, so even if you point me to the site, I cannot promise that I will be able to visit it. Inuse

In case you missed and/or failed to read what a big green box in Colt's article says: Do not edit the article when the box is up. Thank you. 1358 (Talk) 17:21, September 21, 2010 (UTC)

Talk page comments

Please do not remove comments from article talk pages; they are part of the public record, as explained in the welcome message that you received upon joining Wookieepedia. Your cooperation is appreciated. CC7567 (talk) 05:41, September 22, 2010 (UTC)

  • You still are not allowed to remove comments, even if they are your own, from talk pages. To be blunt, this is the Internet—what you post here is forever, I'm sorry to say, and comments will nevertheless still be viewable even if you remove it from the page itself. In the case of comments on your user talk page, you are welcome to archive them on a separate page if you so wish. Thank you. CC7567 (talk) 07:14, September 23, 2010 (UTC)

Talk pages

While your reminders for users to sign their posts and heed {{Talkheader}} are appreciated, please note that they are unnecessary for discussions that are so outdated that the users in question are not likely to even look at them again. It's usually not worth restarting discussions—particularly just to warn the users who contributed to them—that have taken place over a month ago unless you have something substantial to contribute, so please just check the timestamp of old posts before responding to them. Thank you. CC7567 (talk) 01:27, November 22, 2010 (UTC)

Re: source?

I honestly have no idea. I would recommend checking the source list, depending on what's there. If not, it's mis-sourced info. CC7567 (talk) 02:42, November 29, 2010 (UTC)

  • Some LEGO sets are canon, but just because Windu's fighter is not Skywalker's, that LEGO set is not a proper source for the info. CC7567 (talk) 03:55, November 30, 2010 (UTC)

Templates

I don't know why you're making it so difficult for yourself, but adding {{Expand}} or {{Update}} templates to articles is much easier to do compared to what you've been doing. Grand Moff Tranner Imperial Department of Military Research (Comlink) 02:22, December 5, 2010 (UTC)

  • Nothing might say not to add templates that way, but there is a thing called common sense - adding the coding of templates to articles, rather than the actual template, is just plain annoying to others. And there's no need for you to get so combative over a simple, helpful notification. Grand Moff Tranner Imperial Department of Military Research (Comlink) 02:30, December 5, 2010 (UTC)
  • I specifically told you not to do this. Don't do it again. Thank you for your cooperation. Grand Moff Tranner Imperial Department of Military Research (Comlink) 21:21, December 13, 2010 (UTC)
    • I've already told you - rather than add "{{Expand}}," for example, you copied the entire coding for the template and pasted it onto articles, which is not how it's done. Grand Moff Tranner Imperial Department of Military Research (Comlink) 20:53, December 16, 2010 (UTC)
      • It is a nuisance to every single person who tries to edit the page. Stop doing it, or you may be blocked for disruption, among other things. Grand Moff Tranner Imperial Department of Military Research (Comlink) 20:40, December 17, 2010 (UTC)
        • I saw this conversation after leaving Tranner a message and may as well answer your question for you. Posting the entire code like you did makes it harder to edit because people have to get past all the code to get to the parts of the article. Instead, you just type {{Expand}} (or whatever the name of the template is) and it shows the template properly on the article and only shows the "{{Expand}}" to people when editing it. Either way, it is common practice (and common sense) to NOT paste the entire template code out, it is incredibly annoying when someone does so. May I ask why you added {{Update|source}} to Asajj Ventress? There is already one update tag there; use it if there is something missing. Cheers. 1358 (Talk) 21:13, December 23, 2010 (UTC)

Re: Telekinesis

I don't know the answer, so you would want to ask where people would. CC7567 (talk) 02:59, January 24, 2011 (UTC)
