Welcome, GrouchMan!Hello and welcome to Wookieepedia. I hope you like the place and choose to join our work. Here are a few good links for newcomers:
Wookieepedia aspires to be a reliable source for all Star Wars fans to read and draw information from, and as such, fan-created continuity and fan fiction are not allowed within our articles. All in-universe material must be attributable to a reliable, published source. Please do not remove talk page and forum comments, as they are part of the public record. Remember that you should always sign your comments on talk and vote pages using four tildes, like this: ~~~~. I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wookieepedian! If you have any questions, see the help pages, add a question to the Senate Hall, visit our official IRC channel, or ask one of our administrators. May the Force be with you! |

Well, that's not something that can really be categorized, so just go around and look for articles that link to Darth Vader, and pipelink it to Anakin Skywalker, or something like that. Hope that helps, and if you have any more questions, feel free to ask. Chack Jadson (Talk) 20:32, 24 July 2009 (UTC)
HPW
See, here's the thing. After you ask, you generally wait for a response that gives you permission to edit, not assume it will be given retroactively. The block stands. Please do not contact me again on the wiki regarding this matter. I have left you the ability to edit your own talk page on HPW. I will monitor that. - Cavalier One(Squadron channel) 23:31, March 8, 2010 (UTC)
Warning
Please do not edit other peoples comments, or talk page archives as you have done here and here. Also, do not place the {{banned}} template anywhere, that is an administrative template. You have been warned and blocked for this sort of thing on other wikis, please heed the warnings and avoid further problems. Cheers, Grunny (Talk) 07:10, March 9, 2010 (UTC)
Yeah
Instead of creating a user's page for them, just slap the {{user}} template on it. Chack Jadson (Talk) 20:37, March 22, 2010 (UTC)
Warning
This is a preliminary warning to you regarding your editing behavior here on Wookieepedia. I am familiar with your block history and streak of disruptive editing on other wikis, as well as your relationship with our cross-wiki administrators. Seeing that your established habit of questionable edits and failed attempts to "correct" grammar has already begun here, I would like to make it perfectly clear to you that nonsense and disruption will not be tolerated here. I'm told your intentions are good, but that you seem to have a compulsive inability to heed advice and warnings from others. If this becomes more of a problem than it's worth to us, you will be blocked or banned from editing here as well. Again, this is a preliminary, and hopefully preventative, warning to you. Don't make it come to that point. Toprawa and Ralltiir 23:26, February 12, 2012 (UTC)
Hey
Hey buddy. Sorry it's taken me so long to get back to you, I've just been crazy busy recently. Maybe we can have a proper chat over the weekend? Jayden Matthews 17:01, March 15, 2012 (UTC)
Frank Oz and the Muppets
Could you provide references for all of that information you added to Frank Oz's article, while it's still fresh in your mind? NaruHina Talk

- Per policy, "The threshold for inclusion in Wookieepedia is whether material is attributable to a reliable published source, not whether it is true." So yes, the info needs refs. NaruHina Talk

- The Muppet Wiki is not a proper source. Is there a Sesame Street website that would have this information? Further, now that I've glanced at the Muppet Wiki's page, you cannot simply copy over text from another wiki to this one without noting it. All of Wikia's wikis are licenced, so some rights are reserved. I'm going to look into how to mark the article correctly. NaruHina Talk

- Because it's second hand and a wiki. This wiki prides itself on its professional standards. Do your teachers allow you to cite to Wikipedia? NaruHina Talk

- This is not Wikipedia, nor did I ask what you can do on that site. I asked if a teacher would let you use information from there and, in most serious settings, they would not. You cannot source to the Muppet Wiki here. Please find something else to use. NaruHina Talk

Categories
Please stop removing the DEFAULTSORT from articles, and do not add People stubs as a manual category. The DEFAULTSORT makes every category sort like its contents, and the stub category is added by templates. Cade Calrayn 15:46, October 22, 2014 (UTC)
Why so many categories?
- I noticed that you have been adding an excessive amount of useless categories to articles. Please don't, it's not necessary. I also noticed you have been banned on every other Wiki you've edited for adding useless categories. I'm not an admin but this is getting annoying.
Calvin Schubert(talk) 01:16, March 8, 2015 (UTC)
- I don't pretend to know the system, but it's done in a way that works. I'm almost trying to help you.
Calvin Schubert(talk) 01:22, March 8, 2015 (UTC)
- Yes DEAFULTSORT is definitely preferred. But what everyone is really trying to say is that Wookieepedia does not need an excessive amount of categories.

Anakin Skywalker
Hello, please provide a canon source that says Vader realised Sidious had betrayed him. Also Galen Marek is not a canon character therefore he shouldn't be mentioned on Anakin's canon page --Lewisr (talk) 02:21, September 15, 2019 (UTC)
Re: Sandbox
Head on over to the Jundland Wastes for all your sandbox needs. IFYLOFD (Talk) 01:36, October 28, 2019 (UTC)
