Thanks for the infobox revert/edit to Resolute (Venator-class). I was thnking the infobox was a bit sparse, but I didn't think about the fact that the Resolute could possibly (and probably did) have modifications beyond the standard shipyard specifications.Gethralkin 00:29, 12 November 2008 (UTC)

Klev SWE entry

Commander Titus Klev An Imperial officer, he commanded Silencer-7, one of the Imperial World Devastators, at the Battle of Calamari. Titus Klev was killed after Luke Skywalker tampered with the Master Control Signal that guided the Devastators, causing Silencer-7 to crash into the Calamari ocean. Early in his career, Klev, who was born on Alsakan, had gained recognition for capturing an important Rebel Alliance agent during the Battle of Wann Tsir. My Recent Activity

I'm sorry about my recent inactivity. I've been very busy, and I've sort of neglected my contributions here. For this I apologize. I've been casually observing the progress of Gorgon and Daala, the fate of the latter upset me quite a bit. I should apologize to Chack Jadson for abandoning him the way I did. He did a great job with finishing Gorgon off. I tried to go offsite for awhile, though I failed miserably. Setting up shop on other wikis bored me, so I took a break. By all means, take control of Project Ambition. I'm afraid I can in no way guarantee continuous activity with the project, though I can assure you as soon as things calm down on my end, which unfortunately might not be for quite awhile, I shall resume serious work with the project. Do not concern yourself with the amount of progress this project has achieved, for a relatively new project with few members, we have made several serious steps towards greater reform. My main concern is recruitment. Or, if we can simply negotiate joint-article work with other serious FA-writers (FourDot, etc.) we can get a lot done. People are always working on FAs, if we can just steer that focus towards Imperial-oriented articles, then much can be achieved. I will try and help with reinitiating the project over the next couple of days, you can take the helm if you'd like, since after Sunday, I can scarcely say when I'll probably have time to help.--Mitth'raw'nuruodo(Imperial HoloNet)20px 01:18, 22 November 2008 (UTC)

  • That's fine. If you don't mind me asking, other than Gorgon what other FAs have we completed, I can't seem to find them on our project page.--Mitth'raw'nuruodo(Imperial HoloNet)20px 01:23, 22 November 2008 (UTC)

Hey Tranner. As you probably already know, I'd still like to remain with the project and be a key contributor. Let me know if you need help with any of the aspects that come with running a WookieeProject; I'm glad to help in that area too. Chack Jadson (Talk) 02:19, 22 November 2008 (UTC)

BTW, if you could give me a heads up on what current members are not going to continue working on the project so that I can remove their names from the project page, I'd appreciate it. Or you can do it, I don't really care. Just so long as we get everything nice and neat. Chack Jadson (Talk) 03:09, 22 November 2008 (UTC)

Tildes

Thanks for the note! Are edits automatically signed, just tracked by IP address, or is there some other signature requirement? The FAQ covers neither the fact that tildes don't work in edit summaries nor any requirements for signing edit pages, so in addition to the fact that this could be an important issue to address, your input would be a huge help. Again, thanks! Boomshadow 03:12, 28 December 2008 (UTC)

Darth Azard

Hey Grand Moff Tranner :), just wondering if you could help me out. I've been working on getting Darth Azard up to GA standard and have finished adding from the issues he appears in, however someone put down as a source that he's in the Complete Star Wars Encyclopedia, and since I don't have that and I know you do I was wondering (if you have the time) if you could help me add or reference from that source. If you could either tell me what is in his entry or if it is too long to write up maybe add something to the article i would be very grateful :). It might be that TCSWE doesn't have any new info on him and so I could just reference something I've already written to that. Thanks :-). Grunny (Talk) 15:48, 15 January 2009 (UTC)

  • Ok thanks alot for looking :-). I'll just put "picture only" after The Complete Star Wars Encyclopedia. Grunny (Talk) 23:34, 15 January 2009 (UTC)
    • Thanks for the heads up Tranner :-). I'll get them as soon as I can. Thanks Grunny (Talk) 02:43, 30 January 2009 (UTC)

Galle

Hello. I wonder if you could confirm if lieutenant Galle is indeed refered to as CT-6734 in The Complete Star Wars Encyclopedia. I don't have it yet myself, but if you do and can confirm it, then it's safe to move the page. Mauser 05:38, 26 January 2009 (UTC)

  • Thanks you for the Galle info. I must also inform you that as far as I am aware of, when dealing with TCG and CCG cards info, only the image and the lore must be considered canonical, while the stats and gametext are just that - game mechanics. Star Wars CCG has marked many character as Force-sensitive and Force-atuned, but if it was printed in the box next to the character's power and ability level, then it must be considered a game defense mechanic, same as say Armor level on Boba Fett card. For example, such characters and Nute Gunray, Jabba the Hutt, Padme Amidala, Bane Malar, Thrawn and Orrimaarko were listed as Force-sensitives, when it was definitely not the case. If it was printed in the box above the picture (the lore), then it would be canonical, yes. But I won't revert Sim Aloo for now, since this is indeed a complicated case and may require discussion. Mauser 14:13, 26 January 2009 (UTC)
  • I'm pretty sure Sim Aloo is identified as a Force Adept in the Dark Side Sourcebook, making him Force-sensitive. -- AdmirableAckbar (Talk) 15:10, 26 January 2009 (UTC)

Re: Argyus

Not much. Only that he was a respected commando, a veteran officer and a formidable combatant. There are also various stats, skills and feats. He has the Force and the Dark Side stats, but I suppose they are non-canon. There is also a picture of him. Not Computer Generated, but a drawn one. AT-AT Swimmer

Hey, good catch. Mind adding that source to the page then? Or a bit to the BtS? They don't really look that similar after all. I'd complain that it's "a new AT-AT swimmer design", but we didn't separate those AT-ATs at Jabiim. :P Cull Tremayne 18:50, 31 January 2009 (UTC)

Wallen

The P&T was very forced, I really don't think those facts can even be shown as examples of his traits. Graestan could do the rewording perhaps, but not me. I've broken up both of the other sentences you mentioned, and reworded so that it no longer seems that Wallen and his partner claimed that Luke was only armed with his saber, nor did they believe more Rebels were in the forest (at least not as far as we know of course). And no, I haven't looked into more of the cards, can you perhaps do that since I'm not even able to edit the GAN page as a new user? Hanzo Hasashi 22:26, 3 February 2009 (UTC)

  • Right now would you say that except for the possible miss of CCG references, Wallen could indeed be a good article at this point? Hanzo Hasashi 22:46, 3 February 2009 (UTC)
    • Do you think that you could just for now support Wallen as a GA, and worry about CCG card references later? A good article doesn't need to have every minor card reference as soon as it is nominated, other characters who were made into GA's didn't have all of the references immediately, and some were added later. Hanzo Hasashi 19:20, 4 February 2009 (UTC)
      • No offense taken. Btw I updated Wallen's appearances with the other various adaptations, would that in the meantime help to make you support it more? Hanzo Hasashi 22:23, 4 February 2009 (UTC)
        • I've done that. I responded to Toprawa's objections by updating his appearances, and told Toprawa it was Major Lesim that wanted a photo to take with Luke, not Wallen. So far the only outstanding objection is the CCG references, due to the glitch that has occurred with the online website and the fact that I myself don't own any of the cards, other than that I have responded to every other objection. Hanzo Hasashi 00:19, 5 February 200tly9 (UTC)
          • I found the cards on this site: http://www.swccgpc.com/wiki/index.php?title=Category:Expansion_Card_List. After looking through all the Endor Expansion and Death Star II Limited cards, I found none of them had any mention of Sergeant Wallen, nor pictures either. Therefore I have all the sources about this character, since the only source was the Sergeant Wallen card. :)Hanzo Hasashi 01:31, 5 February 2009 (UTC)
            • Although Toprawa's objections aren't crossed out, I told him on his talk page that I DID take care of his objections. I updated Wallen's appearances with other ROTJ adaptations, and I told him that it was Major Lesim who wanted to take a photo with Luke in the Trilogy Sourcebook, not Wallen. I wrote the last message before Cav's objections were made, and since then apparently Luke's references have all been changed to Skywalker, but I have yet to completely update all of the sources, but I don't own any sources other than the visual dictionary (and Wallen's photo is not in it), so help on updating his sources by other users who are more nerdy than I am would be appreciated. Hanzo Hasashi 20:26, 5 February 2009 (UTC)

Sturn

Hey, Ozzik Sturn is now an FA. I was wondering if you could put {{FAnom}} in the edit summary whenever you nominate articles; it makes the archiving process about six million times easier. Thanks. Graestan(Talk) 04:13, 7 February 2009 (UTC)

Notice the 'fins' jutting from the center 'neck' of them both, they look strikingly similar.

Wallen GAN

Not asking you to immediately support my nomination right now, but could you just cross out your objection regarding the CCG cards, since they've been taken care of; Wallen's card was the only card that referenced him, no other cards referenced him or even had a picture of him. You don't have to support the nomination at this time, just strike out your CCG objection:) Hanzo Hasashi 01:40, 13 February 2009 (UTC)

Death Star II

If you are going to insist on a particular stance regarding D'rinba, please back it up with canonical evidence. Go to the Dark Forces Saga article if you don't believe me, but there's nothing in it that mentions a planet blowing up. Unless there's an as-yet unreferenced source that delineates the planet's fate, we have to go with the "light side" ending of the game, ie the superlaser is sabotaged and the planet is saved. Wallen CCG objections

  • Hi, can you strike out the objection regarding the CCG cards, since they have already been taken care of, and the only CCG reference to the character is his card? Also, as of now, all of the other objections have been taken care of, and I feel like Wallen might successfully become GAN quality :)Hanzo Hasashi 03:06, 19 February 2009 (UTC)

AT-CT

You're making the assumption the player decided to choose that option. Not only can it be defeated without using the timed button sequence action, but it can be bypassed completely.

Unless it's written explicitly somewhere that it was 'compacted into a cube', one must assume it was simply defeated by the player. It's like putting 'Darth Sion was zapped by Force Lightning' in the article of KoTORII.

Deletion of Vanguard Picket

You placed a template on Vanguard picket saying that if it was not improved in seven days it would be deleted. It has been seven days, and the article has not been improved. Mecenarylord 23:52, 21 February 2009 (UTC)

Hey, Tranner :-). I was just thinking, since you mentioned WP:AMB and WP:LE working together, I could join Ambition and add Imperious, Elke Vetter, and Fehlaaur, to the project as crossover articles, similar to how Celeste Morne is between WP:LE and WP:KOTOR. So our projects could work together, I was going to start a forum on the Legacy project advising the members to add any Empire related Legacy noms to Ambition as well, and any Ambition members could do the same with any Legacy noms they may write. What do you think? :-) Grunny (Talk) 06:40, 24 March 2009 (UTC)

The new Triage system

After the Inquisitorius' most recent meeting, it was decided to enact a triage system for dealing with the large number of nominations on the FAN page. The Triage page has been set up in the Inquisitorius forum to make it easier for Inqs to see what nominations are best focused on for clearing out the nomination page. This is a tool for helping Inqs combine their efforts on articles, and shouldn't be taken as mandatory; as usual, any Inq is free to review any article they want. - Lord Hydronium 03:18, 19 April 2009 (UTC)
