Your commentary
While I do respect your opinions, I would like to let you know that Wookieepedia is not a blog. If you want to post those comments on your own webpage, that's all good, but userpages here are to contain information related to the project, not contain your personal opinions on everything wrong with the world. - Furthermore let's please keep race and religion off this wiki. -- Riffsyphon1024 19:20, 8 December 2006 (UTC)
- [Redacted by administration] This is a Star Wars website, not some sort of blog like the others pointed out. So I suggest you get rid of that commentary or we will do it. If you do not comply with our regulations you will be banned from editing here. Do you understand? Be tolerant and respect others. MyNz 14:06, 17 January 2006 (UTC)
- My personal views completely aside- I'm not sure this is the best way to advertise your views, regardless of how correct they may be. If you would prefer a reference from the New Testament: "Instead, speaking the truth in love, we will in all things grow up into him who is the Head, that is, Christ."- Ephesians 4:15. Christians are supposed to be kind and accepting of others, even if they don't agree with them. Just a thought- I'm not going to bug you about it. - Please remove your political essay from Wookieepedia. The views don't matter, but what does matter is that Wookieepedia is not a free web hosting provider. There are many out there, and I won't object — I don't think anyone will —if you post this essay on your website and link to it from your userpage. While I do on occasion enforce policies, I hate doing so, and I prefer users to behave accordingly because they believe that's the right thing to do, not because they are forced to. - Sikon 18:32, 17 January 2007 (UTC)

Well EFCM, one of our bureaucrats (high ranking admin) Sikon has deleted your "commentary" from your user page citing enough is enough. Please, if you don't like conditions here feel free to leave us in peace and immigrate to another website which allows you to host such views or feel free to post your views at Forum:Possible amendments to user page policy and WP:NOT.
Most of the admins involved like User:StarNeptune, User:SFH, User:Silly Dan User:Riffsyphon1024 and Sikon along with non-admins like User:Xwing328, User:SM-716, User:Green tentacle, User:Vladius Magnum and User:Havac seem to share similar views with me. This isn't about tolerance its about common sense. MyNz 10:14, 23 January 2006 (UTC)
- May I point out hat Xwing328 is in fact an admin. Atarumaster88 20px (Audience Chamber) 18:37, 23 January 2007 (UTC)

- If you want your audience to have the largest possible appeal, I suggest you do not use the Word format. It's a secret and proprietary format, and it forces users to purchase Windows and Word just to view a document, thus endorsing vendor lock-in. - Sikon 18:37, 17 January 2007 (UTC)

Please note the CT thread linked above: your blog-like user page has attracted some discussion. —Silly Dan (talk) 01:39, 22 January 2007 (UTC)
Suggestion
Hey there. Before you go and add any more links to Latin alphabet, would you mind piping the links so that the word "Latin" does not appear in an IU article or IU section of an article. It's fine in a "Behind the scenes" section, but since the word "Latin" is definitely conjecture whether the information in the Latin alphabet article is or not (I voted that it should stay as I think it is canon, though the article name is not) the word "Latin" itself should probably not appear in IU articles. The links are fine, but displaying the word "Latin" in them is my only objection. And I think this might actually help your case in VfD if such an OOU word is not going to have to appear all over IU articles. See what I'm saying? Wildyoda 14:24, 8 March 2007 (UTC)
