Disruption of Comm 4
Hey Corellian Premier, I saw the article you created for the Disruption of Comm 4, and there are a few things that you should add to it to make it more encyclopedic. In the main article (not just in the infobox) you need to put the battle into context - when was it fought, who were the combatants, why did it occur, what was Comm 4, etc. Otherwise, the article really only means anything to somebody who already knows all about it. Also, you should put links to things in the main article (like the pilot that you name, and for that matter you should link to the source). Doluk 15:13, 5 August 2008 (UTC)
- Nice work on improving the article - it reads much better to me now. Doluk 23:55, 6 August 2008 (UTC)
Re: Battle of Ryloth losses
While yes, there are merits in specifying exactly how many starship casualties there were, it tends to be a bit moot if we don't know exactly how many were destroyed and if there were probably a lot more than those we know. Thank you for your contributions to the article. CC7567 (talk) 20:04, April 26, 2010 (UTC)

Re: FAN nomination process
- Heavily dependent on the quality of your article, the length of your article, the appeal of the article to the Inquisitorius. Could range anywhere from a week from the best, most popular, shortest articles, to a couple of months for something longer. If your article has numerous objections pile up quickly, expect to be there awhile. I'm not really an expert on this matter any more, but I'd say a good median time is anywhere from two weeks to a month. Atarumaster88 20px (Talk page) 17:22, July 26, 2010 (UTC)

Re: Battle for Naboo
Hey. If I've understood the mission correctly, during the disruption of Comm 4, Sykes, Kael, Adela Tyché, and Vedd Deviss flew N-1 starfighters, and Kol Kotha flew Borvo the Hutt's starfighter. As for your second question, I've just started replaying the game, so I have not reached the final level yet. I'll let you know when I do, though. QuiGonJinn 20px(Talk) 14:56, August 4, 2010 (UTC)

Replies
Hey there. I think I'll just reply to all of your messages here. First of all, I've reached the final level, but I'm still not sure whether Hollis or Deviss participated in the battle. It is quite hard to tell by the voice acting alone, especially to a non-native English speaker like me. It'd help if there were subtitles, but there aren't any. However, I'm more inclined to say that they did not participate based on what I could hear. Second, yes I would like to take over Adela, but only if you are not interested in her anymore. All that her article needs is a bit of detail, and then you can safely take her to the GA nomination page. Lastly, yes, I do have the PC version. I believe this explains some minor differences that we've encountered in our playthroughs. I plan to GA Kael, and I am going to add the picture of his downed starfighter later. I just wanted to contact you regarding the Battle of Nod Kartha nomination. There currently are objections that have been left outstanding for approximately fifteen days. I want to stress that if there is no activity on the nom within the next seven days, then the Inquisitorius will remove it from the nomination page. If situations have arisen that have hindered your ability to maintain the nomination, please let one of us know so that we can take the appropriate course of action. If the nomination does end up being removed by the Inq, you can renominate it at a later date so long as you intend to see it fully through the process. - Review: The planet that the moon orbits should get its own article, if it's mentioned at all in the book. Ditto the sun.
- So should the sun be "UnID star (Sixela system)"?
- In the intro: A little context on the Falcon (even just "starship").
- Done.
- Article for the battle between the two opposing fleets? The intro even calls it a "battle."
- Gah! How'd i forget to put that in there?
- The Description section should mention barren red rock.
- Inputted.
- The "History" section reads too much like a plot summary of the Rebel Force book, with a lot of details about the events that aren't all that relevant to the moon itself. I would suggest reading some other featured and good articles on planets & moons to get an idea of what level of detail is required --- this article will need some considerable paring down of detail. The events can be summarized more succinctly; try to keep details limited to the most important parts of the events and things that are directly relevant to the moon.
- Cut some things out.
- A picture somewhere in the article wouldn't hurt. One of Luke from the cover of Uprising would work. I can crop it and upload it for ya if you want. Menkooroo 14:48, March 4, 2011 (UTC)

Battle of Barkhesh
No, I do not believe it would be. The battles in the game - in any game, not just Rogue Squadron - should not be known by the OOU level descriptors; the battles at Balmorra and Thyferra, for example, would not be titled "Imperial Construction Yards" and "Moff Seerdon's Revenge". Furthermore, "rendezvous" implies only a meeting; while the mission was initially intended as just a rendezvous mission, it became a battle/skirmish, thus rendering the fact it was intended to be a rendezvous invalid. The title is already noted as being conjecture, and the level name is noted in the BTS section. - Cavalier One20px(Squadron channel) 00:38, April 2, 2011 (UTC)

Re:FA redux
When a Featured Article undergoes a major rewrite, it will usually get sent to the FA redux page by the Inquisitorius to ensure that the new version of the article adheres to FA standards. Once there, the Inquisitors will review the article as if it were any other FA nom. If you're not done with the Battle of Grassy Plains article by meeting time, you should just leave a note on the meeting page saying that you're working on the article. This way, the Inq will know that the article's issues are being fixed, and they will probably vote to extend probation (in which case they will probably vote, at the next meeting, to send the article to the redux page for further review). Hope that helps. Grand Moff Tranner 20px (Comlink) 20:42, July 17, 2011 (UTC)
Re:Toprawa
To respond to your query on my talk page, I have two basic issues overall with the images in the article. Firstly, I think the two images in the "Prelude" and "The battle" sections can be increased in size significantly. And regarding the image that was stuck into the Sources list, while there isn't a hard-and-fast rule restricting images in these sections, it's general practice that we try to avoid sticking images into articles below the Behind the scenes section. In this specific instance, the image is crammed into the Sources dropdown list, meaning we can't even see the entire picture in its full state. We have to scroll up and down to see the entire image, which makes it look unsightly. Plus, I'm not sure that image is even showing us anything vital that we couldn't do without. It's basically the same image as in the BTS section. I would just recommend simply removing it entirely. Toprawa and Ralltiir 19:29, July 29, 2011 (UTC)
- Great, thanks. I went ahead and made those changes. Corellian Premier20pxAll along the watchtower 19:41, July 30, 2011 (UTC)
Re:Battle of the South Ridge
Hey CP! About the Battle of the South Ridge, I actually just kinda glanced through it. I don't have that game (though I'd like to get it :P) so I can't say that I could take it to GAnom. But, if you were saying that you want to take it that would be great! Let me know if you plan on taking it and I'll give it a pre-nom review for you. Let me know what you think. See ya. Cal Jedi8px (Personal Comm Channel) 19:10, August 15, 2011 (UTC)
- OK, first make sure that it is not over 1,000 words. If that's the case then you may want to consider making it an FAnom.
- Just for a reminder right off the bat, it's usually not the best to start out an article by saying "This battle" it would be better to say "A battle".
- You should say which company made the game, such as LucasArts.
- If there is other sources than just the game, then they should be mentioned in the BTS section, too.
- After glancing through it, it looks like it could use a good copy-edit.
- "When the Queen returned to Naboo after fleeing the invasion in the year 32 BBY, the Security Forces were given a needed boost." There is several things that can be fixed in this sentence. First: What queen? Naboo has had many queens. Second: Context on Naboo. Third: Context on invasion. Fourth: the last part makes no sense. You should clarify what Security Forces, the Naboo Security Forces? and maybe say something like "the queen returned to Naboo after fleeing the invasion in the year 32 BBY, giving the security forces needed enthusiasm", just something along that lines. Fifth: Context on invasion.
- "After the meeting, Lieutenant Sykes in a Gian speeder and other members of his resistance cell received a message from Captain Panaka on the coded RSF channel, directing them to rendezvous on Rasker Hill, near the south ridge." This sentence needs some rewording and it is a bit of a run-on sentence. Also, it's best to say Royal Security Force rather than using the shortened RSF.
- Again, it's best to use Single Trooper Aerial Platform instead of STAP.
- "If the forces made it there, the Gungan Grand Army was doomed" this sounds a little like speculation. See if you can reword it so it doesn't sound so speculatory.
- The article needs a good copy-edit like I said before. Don't forget to avoid shortened uses (AATs, MTTs, STAPs). Also, try to avoid overuse of the semi-colon ( ; ). Take some time to go through the article and fix it up, and I think it will turn out good.
- Is there a quote for the "Prelude" and "Aftermath" sections?
- Not anything that directly relates to it, although I probably could add something from the subsequent mission. Corellian Premier20pxAll along the watchtower 17:26, August 22, 2011 (UTC)
- "Light to medium" in the infobox sounds a bit speculatory. Does Battle for Naboo say "light to medium losses", or does it just depend on how the game works?
- It just depends on how quickly the player destroys the attacking TF forces. Corellian Premier20pxAll along the watchtower 17:26, August 22, 2011 (UTC)

- He wasn't in a preview video per se...the website for awhile was from his perspective while he was in his cloning tank, and users could play minigames and unlock visions Subject 1157 experienced. Does that help? Corellian Premier20pxAll along the watchtower 02:58, September 27, 2011 (UTC)
- Yes, I think I am beginning to understand, so I guess you can't see what the guy looks like then. Right?--Exiled Jedi 20px (Greetings) 03:04, September 27, 2011 (UTC)
- Right, but you can definitely see his hands and they are light-colored. Corellian Premier20pxAll along the watchtower 03:06, September 27, 2011 (UTC)
- I would try to get a screenshot of his hands if possible. "He seemed to have periodic visions of the life of Galen Marek..." seems a bit speculative. Could you reword this? I also think that you should give more information about the minigames (which should probably be moved entirely to the behind the scenes section) as well as some information on the visions that he had about Marek. What parts of Marek's life were shown? This will likely push the article into the GAN range.--Exiled Jedi 20px (Greetings) 03:20, September 27, 2011 (UTC)
You are definitely going to need to section the article, which will likely require a biography and personality and traits sections.--Exiled Jedi 20px (Greetings) 19:12, September 30, 2011 (UTC)Could you add an image in the body of when Subject 1157's tank is shattered? "...but as his capacity grew..." What exactly is meant by "capacity" here?- Physical, mental, the recordings don't specify. Corellian Premier20pxAll along the watchtower 22:17, October 7, 2011 (UTC)
Do you think you should link Subject 1138 to an article about Galen Marek's clone? It seems to me that Subject 1138 is the same character, what do you think?- It's linked earlier in the article when it talks about visions. Corellian Premier20pxAll along the watchtower 22:17, October 7, 2011 (UTC)
Could you elaborate any on the Phases and entries mentioned in the biography.- Well, the recordings don't specify. The tech just says "Phase 16D Entry 4" without going into detail. Corellian Premier20pxAll along the watchtower 22:17, October 7, 2011 (UTC)
- Is the cloning technician the same person the whole time? If so I believe you should create an article for the technician or link an existing article if there is one.
- Yeah, it's always the same guy, but at the same time, we don't know if it is the "Lead cloning technician" mentioned in the TFU2 databank, or even the guy from the TFU2 comic who Fett kills. - Yeah, it's always the same guy, but at the same time, we don't know if it is the "Lead cloning technician" mentioned in the TFU2 databank, or even the guy from the TFU2 comic who Fett kills. Although I bet it definitely isn't the latter, the personality is different. Corellian Premier20pxAll along the watchtower 22:17, October 7, 2011 (UTC)
- Please elaborate on the minigames.

Is it known what kind of droid the medical droid was? Please elaborate on the droid if at all possible.- Done. One 2-1B was seen, but i dont want to make assumptions about the others. Corellian Premier20pxAll along the watchtower 22:17, October 7, 2011 (UTC)
Please give some information on his appearance in the personality and traits section.- How's that? Corellian Premier20pxAll along the watchtower 22:17, October 7, 2011 (UTC)
- I'll look it over again after you finish with these.--Exiled Jedi 20px (Greetings) 01:23, October 7, 2011 (UTC)
- Right, but you can definitely see his hands and they are light-colored. Corellian Premier20pxAll along the watchtower 03:06, September 27, 2011 (UTC)
- Yes, I think I am beginning to understand, so I guess you can't see what the guy looks like then. Right?--Exiled Jedi 20px (Greetings) 03:04, September 27, 2011 (UTC)
- It looks good except for those last two things, sorry about the wait.--Exiled Jedi 20px (Greetings) 02:33, October 17, 2011 (UTC)

IRC channel
Hey CP! I'm just giving all the members of WP:VG the heads-up that we now have our own IRC channel! When in the IRC, just type /join #WP:VG to join the channel. Good luck, gamer!--Cal Jedi8px (Personal Comm Channel) 20:22, September 28, 2011 (UTC)
Subject 1157
That's okay, but the BTS section didn't seem clear on the identity of the "individual bearing a resemblance to Marek." Almost as if it was making the attempt to cover the fact that it was Starkiller, I guess.--ARC Commander Colt 02:56, October 8, 2011 (UTC)
Sykes in Starfighter
Hey Premier. A while ago, you added Star Wars: Starfighter to Gavyn Sykes' appearances list. I haven't played the game in a while, so I was wondering if it's actually established that one of the starfighters in the game was Bravo Six. Was it implied by the random comlink chatter? Because as far as I remember, the game shows about eight starfighters attacking the droid control ship. Sykes could been among them, or he could be one of the others that are not shown. QuiGonJinn 20px(Talk) 16:24, October 13, 2011 (UTC)
- Yes, "Bravo Six" is definitely mentioned, either by himself or someone else. I believe it was during random chatter. Corellian Premier20pxAll along the watchtower 16:37, October 13, 2011 (UTC)
- OK. Cool, thanks. QuiGonJinn 20px(Talk) 07:41, October 14, 2011 (UTC)
Work on WP:VG
I just saw that you nominated two articles for FAN that fall under WP:VG's heading and, although I won't be able to review them at the moment, I definitely look forward to going over them tomorrow. I especially wanted to say, though, that you've been doing a terrific job so far with WP:VG and have really gotten into it. All the time I see pages where you tagged the talk pages, articles that you're adding to the tasks list, articles that you're updating, articles that you're nomming, and just getting into the project and really helping out. I try not to give these out to much, but I've just been amazed by your work and zeal with working on this project. Thanks a ton!--Cal Jedi8px (Personal Comm Channel) 03:43, October 17, 2011 (UTC)

Re:TFU II databank
You are correct. Both entries begin with "Lead Cloning Technicians Log, Timira City Cloning Facility:". Hope this helps!--Cal Jedi8px (Personal Comm Channel) 22:51, October 18, 2011 (UTC)
- Also as a note, I just wanted to let you know that I archived some tasks that I believe you placed on WP:VG. You can see the completed tasks here. But the main reason why I brought it up was to let you know that I removed Naboo Space Battle from the tasks list since it doesn't really fall under the heading of WP:VG. Cheers!--Cal Jedi8px (Personal Comm Channel) 02:37, October 19, 2011 (UTC)
I'm back!
Hey CP. Well, my internet finally came back on, so I should be back to normal editing soon. But when I went to check on WP:VG this morning, I seen that I had no back-work to do! Thanks for holding down the fort for me even when you weren't asked to. :) --Cal Jedi8px (Personal Comm Channel) 14:38, November 8, 2011 (UTC) Heh, I didn't even realize you were gone. I just wanted to keep on top of it. Corellian Premier20pxAll along the watchtower 21:43, November 8, 2011 (UTC)
Re:Random question
Hey, CP. Actually, I'm a fan of the Wolverines. I'm not sure how closely I follow it, not as much as you think. Wookieepedia and other things in life take too much time for me to follow it as close as I like. But I'm still a huge fan. I'm actually wearing a U of M shirt right now. :P Why do you ask?--Cal Jedi8px (Personal Comm Channel) 14:42, November 21, 2011 (UTC)
