A stormtrooper served aboard the DS-1 Death Star Mobile Battle Station in 0 BBY, being on guard duty near Tractor Beam 12 when the Millennium Falcon arrived on the battle station. As Jedi Master Obi-Wan Kenobi deactivated Tractor Beam 12, they overheard the stormtrooper and their partner having a conversation about the BT-16. Using the Force, Kenobi was able to confuse the two troopers by tricking this trooper into thinking there was something behind them, and escape the area undetected. The trooper ultimately attributed it to nothing more than outgassing.[2]
