"Run."
"The kid isn't going anywhere, Jay!"
"I was talking to you."
―Ty Yorrick and the Cloud member[2]

A humanoid individual served as a member in a Cloud for the Nihil during the High Republic Era. In 228 BBY, the Cloud partook in the abduction of multiple Force-sensitive children on the planet Temerancé, which led the inhabitants to request the Tholothian monster hunter Ty Yorrick rescue them. Traveling to the Osler community on the same planet, Yorrick witnessed the Nihil advance toward the residents of the community, with them snatching an Azumel child. As the child fought back, Yorrick came to rescue the kid and conversed with the pirate before eliminating them. Yorrick continued to fight the Cloud and eventually saved the children from the pirates.

Biography

"Aagh! Little grub!"
―The Nihil to an Azumel child, after they bit their arm[2]

During the High Republic Era, a humanoid individual served in a Cloud within the Nihil marauder organization.[2] In 228 BBY,[1] the Nihil's Cloud kidnapped multiple Force-sensitive children in a settlement on the planet Temerancé, which was located in the Occlusion Zone, a Nihil-occupied area of space. In need of assistance, the townsfolk requested help from the Tholothian monster hunter Ty Yorrick to retrieve their youths, which was accepted by Yorrick. Traveling to the Osler community nearby on a speeder bike, Yorrick stopped and observed in her binoculars the destruction of the Cloud, including the pirate shouting at the citizens as they advanced toward an Azumel child. As they grabbed the crying infant in their arms, Yorrick imagined the Azumel as her Jedi Master, Cibaba, who was also the same species.[2]

After the child bit down on the Nihil's arm, they roared out in pain and held the child higher, only for the youngster to point at a determined Yorrick approaching with her lightsaber wielded and dub[2] the woman[3] a Jedi. The Nihil was stunned at the arrival of Yorrick, who ordered for them to run. Believing she was speaking to the child, the pirate notified Yorrick that the Azumel would not be leaving. Yorrick smirked at the pirate's response before kicking the Nihil and plunging her lightsaber into their chest, which killed them on impact, and corrected the pirate by informing them that she was communicating to them and not the child. The monster hunter continued to fight the Cloud and stole their starship which held the settlement's children, which were then delivered to the residents of said settlement by Yorrick not long after.[2]

Personality and traits

"Jed—di!"
"What? Oh— kark!"
―The child and the Nihil, both observing Yorrick's approach[2]

The humanoid Nihil helped lead their Cloud into battle, shouting a motivating war cry as intimidation. The pirate was menacing and easily frightened an Azumel kid to the point of sobbing in their grasp. However, when the child bit the Nihil in the arm, they wailed in pain and angrily snatched them. The Nihil used an expletive at the sight of Ty Yorrick and assumed everything she said was meant for the Azumel. Despite their terrorizing personality, the Nihil was effortlessly killed by her lightsaber. They had red hair and light skin.[2]

Equipment

The Nihil wore various armor on their body, with their chest possessing a large Eye of the Nihil insignia painted on it. They wore brown pants and brown boots, along with brown gloves that had metal armor on their fingers. They had two spiked pauldrons on both shoulders and a bandolier across their chest. The Nihil wore a brown belt with small pouches attached to it and employed a blaster. They also donned a grey mask with a visor and lights that glowed red.[2]
