Biography

"Luxury. That's our obsession here at the spa. Luxury served by indulging each guest's unique proclivities."
―A human hotelier to the crew of the Onyx Cinder[1]

She was human hotel director of the Skull Ridge Mountain Hotel & Spa on the planet of Lanupa.[1] Around 9 ABY,[3] she[2] watched the Onyx Cinder touch down on at the Spa. Noticing the junky state of the ship when it touches down she frowns and informs a guard to contact waste removal expecting that the Onyx Cinder might cause a situation. She then processed to welcome Jod Na Nawood and a group of younglings who were posing as "Wise Elders" from the Bratric system. After the group is scanned for weapons and their droid SM-33 is fitted with a restraining bolt she guides them through the hotel while pointing out the Sensory Gymnasium and Mud Pits.[1]

Afterwards she proceeds to try to check the group in, asking them what name their reservation was under. Instead of supplying a name, Na Nawood placed an Old Republic credit which she accepts and inquires about the "Wise Elders" to which Na Nawood produces another credit for her. He leans over to the terminal and points to Professor Umiam Gorelox's entry claiming it was him and asked to upgrade to a fine suite while producing another credit. However before she can check them in a bounty hunter named Pokkit approaches Na Nawood addressing him as Dash Zentin and discussing how he stole a bounty from her before and that she later couldn't find anyone named Dash Zentin. After the exchange, the hotelier asked Na Nawood what name the reservation was under again to which he produced two handfuls of credits.[1]

Later, the hotel director was supervising a cleanup crew outside the Onyx Cinder when two pirate starships from Brutus's pirate group land to attack and capture the Na Nawood and the younglings.[1]

  3. Star Wars: Timelines dates the events of "Chapter 1: The Mandalorian" of The Mandalorian Season One to 9 ABY. In addition, SWInsider "A Certain Point of View" — Star Wars Insider 228 also dates "Part Seven: Dreams and Madness" to nine years after the events of Star Wars: Episode IV A New Hope, which corresponds to 9 ABY per Timelines. "Part Seven: Dreams and Madness" takes place after the conflict on Mandalore, which is the main event depicted in "Chapter 23: The Spies" and "Chapter 24: The Return," the final two episodes of The Mandalorian Season Three. Therefore, Seasons One through Three of Star Wars: The Mandalorian must all be set in 9 ABY as well. StarWars.com SWCA 2022: 20 Highlights from Lucasfilm's Studio Showcase on StarWars.com (backup link) states that Star Wars: Skeleton Crew takes place in the same timeframe as Star Wars: The Mandalorian and Star Wars: Ahsoka—the latter of which can also be dated to 9 ABY following the reasoning here. As such, Skeleton Crew must take place around 9 ABY as well.
