"Why are you still here? Why won't you be forgotten like good little children? Go, go, go away and hide. Curl up in the darkness and die, just like the old Jedi did when I finished pulling their organs out."
―Sicarus[2]

A Fosh was a Jedi of the Jedi Order during the High Republic Era.[2] By 228 BBY,[1] they were elderly. Sicarus, a Nihil Child of the Storm who had once been a member of the Brotherhood of the Ninth Door dark side organization, had pulled out the birdlike Fosh's organs. The Fosh had wailed, but eventually died.[2] In 228 BBY,[1] when Sicarus recalled memories from his previous life, he demanded them to go away and die like the Jedi. He noted that he had not thought of them for some time, but felt as if it had occurred to someone else.[2]

  1. 1.0 1.1 1.2 Star Wars: Timelines dates Starlight Beacon's destruction to 230 BBY. The implementation of the Guardian Protocols, which Star Wars: The High Republic Character Encyclopedia places in 229 BBY, took place one week after Starlight Beacon's fall according to The High Republic – Shadows of Starlight 1. As The High Republic: Temptation of the Force takes place one year and six weeks after the destruction of Starlight Beacon, it must be set in 228 BBY. The High Republic: Beware the Nameless takes place one year and six weeks after the destruction of Starlight Beacon, meaning its events must be set in that year. As The High Republic: Tears of the Nameless begins after Temptation of the Force and Beware the Nameless occurs during it, its events, by which point the Fosh Jedi died, must also be set in 228 BBY.
