Ullan Yite, the leader of the Bright Circle criminal organization, had a complex on the floating city of Penumbra, which orbited a gas giant in the Outer Rim Tollello system. The Jedi Rooper Nitani and Silandra Sho infiltrated the complex and arrested Yite during an illegal weapons deal.[1]
