- "Beginning with the massacre on Tu'oon and ending with the attack on Coruscant's Verity District, this is my confession…"
- ―Soran Keize, in a holographic message
Tu'oon was a terrestrial astronomical object[2] in the Tu'oon system in the Juris sector of the Outer Rim Territories[1] that was the site of a massacre carried out by the Galactic Empire's 204th Imperial Fighter Wing during the reign of the Empire.[2] In 5 ABY,[3] Colonel Soran Keize, the 204th's commanding officer, attacked a databank on the planet Coruscant in an attempt to get rid of evidence of the atrocities committed by his fighter wing. Although the attack failed and resulted in his death, a prerecorded holographic message was broadcast where he tried to take responsibility for the 204th's actions spanning from the massacre of Tu'oon to his failed attack on the databank.[2]
Behind the scenes
Tu'oon was mentioned in the 2021 novel Victory's Price, the third volume in the Star Wars: Alphabet Squadron trilogy which was written by Alexander Freed.[2]
