Surveillance,[2] also designated as the Surveillance Branch,[3] was a branch of the Galactic Empire's Imperial Security Bureau that was responsible for analyzing data to look for potential threats.[2] Emigration officers of the Corellian Security Forces were attached to the branch.[1] In 5 BBY,[4] ISB Surveillance managed to capture a photo of Luthen Rael, at the time known to the Empire as "Axis",[5] as he was landing on Ferrix City's shuttle ferry terminal.[6]
