Sourfry was a food served at the eatery Dex's Diner[1] on the planet Coruscant.[2] In 22 BBY,[3] a human was bent over a bowl of sourfry while dining at Dex's Diner.[1]

Behind the scenes

Sourfry first appeared in the new Star Wars canon in "Galactic Tales: Inheritance," an installment of the Galactic Tales series of short stories. The story was written by George Mann and published in the Star Wars Insider magazine's 211th issue[1] on June 7, 2022.[4] In the Star Wars Legends continuity, sourfry was introduced in Sacrifice, the fifth volume in the Star Wars: Legacy of the Force series, which was written by Karen Traviss and published in 2007.[5]
