Smoking referred to the recreational inhaling of a substance. Smokers could use several smoking accessories, such as pipes[1] or shishas.[2]
In 32 BBY,[3] the Toydarian merchant Watto had a shisha in[2] his[4] junkshop, with a private underground pipe system supplying the shisha oil.[2] In 4 ABY,[3] the Hutt gangster Jabba smoked a[1] hookah pipe[5]—a long flexible tube connected to a glass bulb filled with a fluid substance. In the same year, pipes were utilized by the Ewok members of[1] the Bright Tree tribe[6] from the moon of Endor.[1]
