"Sigma 5" was the callsign used by an Imperial Starfighter Pilot during the Imperial Era. Sigma 5 participated in the Battle of Yavin, piloting a TIE/IN interceptor as part of Sigma Squadron. During the battle, they were flying in a defensive position over the equatorial trench.[1]
