Serv-O-Droid, Inc.

Serv-O-Droid, Inc. was a droid manufacturer that produced the DUM-series pit droid and the TT-8L/Y7 gatekeeper droid.^[1] During the High Republic Era, the Galactic Society of Creature Enthusiasts, an organization dedicated to studying the myriad of new species in the galaxy, instructed Serv-O-Droid, Inc. to build Safari droids for assignments in dangerous environments. These droids were programmed to autonomously document and interact with wild creatures and report back to the Society.^[5]

Serv-O-Droid, Inc. was first mentioned in Ultimate Star Wars, a 2015 reference book co-written by Patricia Barr, Adam Bray, Daniel Wallace, and Ryder Windham.^[1]
