The Recopi system[2] or Recopia system was a star system in the Core Worlds[1] controlled by Governor Drelishav of the Galactic Empire. Following the destruction of the Jedi Order[2] in 19 BBY,[3] as part of an effort to enforce the Empire's intended views on the Order, Drelishav collaborated with the Imperial Security Bureau to create an implied threat of brutality toward any citizens who displayed Jedi sympathies.[2]
