Between 2 BBY and 4 ABY,^[2] the Rebel Princess Crane performed reconnaissance on the planet Joetz to investigate the movements of the Galactic Empire after they landed near a rebel base there. Crane determined the Empire had arrived on Joetz to mine coaxium and was unaware of the Rebel presence there. She also rescued Woopas, the sole survivor of a village the Empire had destroyed.^[1]
