The AT-ATQ was a type of All Terrain Armored Transport[1] used by the Galactic Empire. The walkers had hatches that concealed arms with turrets, and they were also armed with seismic charges.[2]
Behind the scenes
At-ATQs first appeared in "The Song of Four Wings", a non-canon short film produced by Project Studio Q as part of the third volume of the Star Wars: Visions series. The animated short released on Disney+[2] on October 29, 2025.[3] They were identified in a piece of concept art posted to the official Star Wars Twitter account on November 3 of that year.[1]
