Ranu Orkin was a Weequay merchant who resided on the Outer Rim jungle planet Akiva[1] in 3 ABY. That year,[2] they sold goods from a stall in the Market District of the city Myrra on Akiva. Their inventory included chalcopyrite, durasteel, transparisteel, polycarbonate, bacta vials, and grenades. They offered discounts on their wares and an exclusive stock, which included jarwal fiber and slivian iron, to members of the Hutt Cartel and their allies. Orkin had light skin, blue eyes and spoke Galactic Basic. While operating their stall[1] in 3 ABY,[2] Orkin wore a utility vest over a grey shirt, grey pants, black boots and a red scarf.[1]

Ranu Orkin appeared in the 2024 video game Star Wars Outlaws, developed by Massive Entertainment and published by Ubisoft. In the game, they were one of several merchants where the player could purchase materials.[1]
