- "The Prime Oligarch Rankwin Fopow has rescinded previous decrees, and now identifies his government as 'firmly undecided.'"
- ―HoloNet News
Rankwin Fopow was the Prime Oligarch of the Cadinth Oligarchy, speaker for the Mid Rim planet Cadinth[1] in 22 BBY.[2] He, and therefore Cadinth, supported the Galactic Republic during[1] its conflict with the Confederacy of Independent Systems.[3] After the death of the planet's Jedi Watchman, Bodis-Ker Vitan, during a pro-Separatist uprising in Cadinth's capital, the Oligarchy retracted its endorsement of the Republic. Fopow later withdrew all statements, instead declaring that the planet was "firmly undecided" between the two groups. His statement was included in an issue of the CoCo District Edition of the HoloNet News.[1]
