- "Following the death of their Jedi watchman, the Mid Rim world of Cadinth is wavering in its loyalty to the Republic."
- ―"Cadinth Loyalty Uncertain After Jedi Death"
Bodis-Ker Vitan was a Jedi Knight and the Jedi Watchman of the world Cadinth in the Mid Rim. Cadinth supported the Galactic Republic[2] against a militant secessionist faction during the Separatist Crisis,[3] but by 22 BBY[1] a pro-Separatist uprising broke out in the planet's capital city of Saskapeg, leading to Vitan's death. The Cadinth Oligarchy subsequently withdrew its previous support of the Republic, with Prime Oligarch Rankwin Fopow later revoking previous decrees and declaring that the planet was "firmly undecided" between the two groups.[2]
