R'shinnos Sh'neel was a senator who hailed from the planet of Genassa and served in the Galactic Senate of the Republic during the Separatist Crisis. When Supreme Chancellor Palpatine released a broadcast asking the Confederacy of Independent Systems leader Count Dooku to meet for negotiations, Senator Sh'neel told the HoloNet News that they believed the Chancellor had made a cautious move, calling him both intelligent and meek, but warning others to be careful of Palpatine as the senator suspects he had a hidden agenda.[1]
