The Quell system was a star system in the Nuiri sector,[1] located in the northern Outer Rim Territories.[6] It contained the planet Quell,[3] a world of strategic importance.[7]
History
In 22 BBY,[8] as part of the Clone Wars, a battle took place between the Confederacy of Independent Systems and the Galactic Republic[7] in the highest levels of the Quell's atmosphere.[9] The engagement ended with the eradication of Jedi General Aayla Secura's Republic fleet,[7] and a Separatist victory.[10]
