The Prototype Launcher was a specialized Nanite Launcher utilized by the Twi'lek Hunter Tuya that she could wield for the Hunters of the Outer Rim competition in the Grand Arena on the planet Vespaara. Tuya's droid partner T-U8 also had a matching set of exterior plating that was included under this title, being the droid's standard appearance.^[1]

Behind the scenes

Prototype Launcher was a "Base" rarity "Weapon Wrap" for the Hunter Tuya's projectile launcher (and droid), which first appeared in the competitive video game Star Wars: Hunters, specifically added within update 6.0.0 alongside Season 6 on April 15, 2025. It served as half of a cosmetic set alongside the Bright Bioengineer. This wrap was unlocked by default when Tuya became playable.^[1]
