Pickled marcan was a dish that was made from pickling the marcan herb. It was used as an ingredient by the Rokana Raiders pirate group to make Mynock Casserole while they were based at the Khepi Tomb in the Wild Space Sayma Nebula.[1]
In 3 ABY,[2] the thief Kay Vess received a portion of Mynock Casserole while she was disguised as a Rokana Raider.[1]

Pickled marcan is mentioned in the "A Pirate's Fortune" expansion for Massive Entertainment video game Star Wars Outlaws,[1] which released on May 15, 2025.[3]
