- "So, I tried to capture the notes of the jogan in a whole new way, layerin' it with sweet creams and jellies in this cool and refreshin' parfait."
- ―Strono Tuggs, The Life Day Cookbook
Parfait was a type of dessert dish. One type of parfait was the Jogan Fruit Parfait, a purple and white dish created by the Artiodac chef Strono Tuggs that was made using layers of jogan fruit, sweet creams, and jellies. He created the recipe his second cookbook, The Life Day Cookbook, which he released at some point after publishing his first cookbook[1] in 34 ABY.[3]
Behind the scenes
In the current Star Wars canon, parfait was mentioned in the 2021 Star Wars: The Life Day Cookbook, a recipe book written by Jenn Fujikawa and Marc Sumerak.[1]
