Otip Ashtep was a human scavenger who sold goods as a merchant from a corner of the junkyard in Bestine, a small city on the desert planet Tatooine.[1] In 3 ABY,[2] Ashtep's stock included four units of slivian iron, three accu-accelerators, three direct-energy circuits, and four heuristic processors. They had tan skin, brown eyes and red hair. While in the junkyard, the scavenger wore a black pair of goggles, a brown bandana over their face, a tan shirt, a brown bandolier, a brown belt, black pants, and brown boots.[1]

Otip Ashtep appeared in the 2024 Massive Entertainment video game, Star Wars Outlaws. Interacting with them is entirely optional.[1]
