Otias Atori

Otias Atori was a male Human who served as a stage coach of Adalric Cessius Brandl and surrogate father of Jaalib Brandl during the Empire's rise by Emperor Palpatine. When Adalric returned to Trulalis seeking redemption in 5 BBY, he came to Otias who then informed him he was beyond redemption.
