The Oricon system was located in the Corva sector of the Outer Rim Territories in the galaxy. The system was situated in grid square P-3 of the Standard Galactic Grid.[1]

Behind the scenes

The Oricon system was mentioned in the current Star Wars canon in the appendix "Star Systems of the Galaxy," published on the StarWars.com website on June 24, 2025,[1] as part of the Star Wars Galaxy Map.[2] The system was originally introduced in the Star Wars Legends continuity in the 2009 reference book The Essential Atlas.[3]
