The O'reen system was located in the Unknown Regions[1] and the Interior.[2] It was situated in grid square H-13 of the Standard Galactic Grid.[1]
Behind the scenes
The O'reen system was mentioned in the current Star Wars canon in "Star Systems of the Galaxy," an appendix published with the Star Wars Galaxy Map on StarWars.com[1] on June 24, 2025. Both works were authored by Jason Fry.[3] The system was originally introduced in the Star Wars Legends continuity in The Unknown Regions, a sourcebook for the Star Wars Roleplaying Game that was published by Wizards of the Coast in 2010. The first appearance of the O'reen system was in the roleplaying mini-adventure "A Fool's Charge" included in the book,[4] and the Online Companion to the 2009 reference book The Essential Atlas by Daniel Wallace and Jason Fry later named the system.[5]
